ok if it's more expensive than my price cap, i'm not going to buy it. it's really, europe is going to say that they will not buying russian oil. there's gonna be a ban on seaborne russian oil from next monday. and it's just attempt in the attempt to enter. and you know it rhetorics to blame russia once again, and have the opportunity to say in the media that a likely to not give the full story. things like, well, russia has now decided not to deliver to us. well, it's a market out there. and if the buyer says we're, we're not gonna pay the market price, we're going to pay a price below market price. and if the supply then says, well, sorry, we need the market price. that's, you know, that's economics, that's a free market. then you can't really blame the supplier. but that seems to
