exposing if you want the sort of financial gouging that these 4 countries of africa going through. we've actually had a lot of people, a lot of voices and opinions, saying that russia doesn't really just throw money into african economies in african countries. they actually help african economies make their own economy decisions. where do you stand on that? do you agree with the statement? well, who's going to give money away for free? it's very rare. you know, financial alter isn't today. as i say it again, is one in a 1000000. and when russia, china does this, people always very suspicious. because the idea is that who's going to give you money for free body, but there's a genuine sense from russia. and in fact, it serves russia as well. rushes soft power is now growing very fast and, and what is really extraordinary is the pace at which russia and china

a continuation of an old relationship as an african and in this to how do you explain this? is this a continuation between russia and the african economy? the point is not how know it is. you know, the point is how good and rewarding and profitable it can be to africa. being all the new with sitting with the old relationship with the west. it hasn't produce much at all miseries and you know, terrorism, all kinds of terrible things. unemployment is, africa is probably got now one of the highest unemployment in the worlds, not just in general, but among the youth would just, you know, running away migrating to europe and dying in the, in the mediterranean. not only that, but also the inequalities have gone up. in addition to that, inequality is not just not, but also, you know, the fact that people are just not feeling that things are working. so there will
