to come as a surprise to just about everybody. and indeed, it wasn't even discovered until 2016, based on what you know, what are the signs of havana syndrome? and why haven't we heard about it or it's symptoms before 2016? well, my wife is more adapted answering, but what i know about those kinds of syndrome to never see is that some of this very similar kind of thing occurred in the moscow embassy in the early 1970. and it was due to microwave radiation. and i think that that's probably says something to do with this somehow, but yeah i, i would say that one of the things i would like to point out is that when i read this, the official symptoms like nausea, bringing in the is the 1st thing i noticed especially about bringing india is that one has to be very careful because they have different weapons technologies at play here. so in principle, one can cause there's something called the fry effect. you can try and talk the power on the microwave. a mess have to pass his head and it's assessment intensity

. bill. i know that you've been suffering with symptoms consistent with advantage syndrome. we're told studies conducted by different governmental entities, found the initial phase is a result of a sonic disturbance and 15 percent of people who show havana. so syndrome symptoms also show a disruption in brain activity and eventually traumatic brain injury. what's your experience been like? well mine i don't think is a to have in a syndrome type is like, uh, implants, because i've got, and i'm being treated for paying for it but, and the, the physician has never seen anything like this, but it's like 4 points on each of my legs. in a parallel position on both legs, in the pain, sometimes just alternates back and forth between those 4 points. i mean, as a point pain, i can put a finger on it on each of the $8.00 on each leg. and that's where the pain is coming from. and then i have an x ray that shows something in that it is so it may

have been trying to get somebody to take it up there. i think they're all afraid to take it off because it might imply that governments doing something very very so just yeah, we should know that that's a pain that still experiences a sort stream. he has to go to special pain, clinic ways, prescribe, particularly strong and types of regulates, of pain medication. and that's usually not even enough to block out of pain. if the torches stops and we call it torture because it would stop exactly on the alice. that sounds like fact even bill wants to go to sleep and they will torture him throughout the night. and that's, that's easy to pass on. so incredibly unnatural, sort of medical issues. have you been in touch with current or former government officials about this situation? what i'm curious about is what kind of response you get. many people want to just brush off the symptoms as psychosomatic, but they're documented will. what are others in a position either to know or to have an educated opinion telling you?

and they're not. you know, there's not, they're just not getting involved. yeah. i've, so the government officials usually blog, we don't get any responses to less, less is, but i should say that uh, the us government has no, ever since obama launched the buyer. so hold bioethics committee, where they were, they actually did a survey of targeted individuals and found detailed reports. i mean, this went on for a long time. they collected lots of material, and then they said, oh, thank you very much. and good bye. that's it. so people testified about what, but that they're being tortured to death in their own homes. they've provided evidence they provide as dr. certificates and the us government did absolutely nothing. now since the onset for that, the reason behind at this very obvious they are doing, if they know exactly what they're doing and they just wanted to find out how well it's working and how people are responding to that, which is usually very badly. but it's, uh, uh,
