12:00 am
the, the service that's in and most of the 60 people died. i'm around a 100 wounded gunman. of the gunmen opened the fire of the cities and the biggest, posted by the buildings roof has collapse so that tens of it needs to be stuck inside. and all at the risk of a suffocating from that spot. and as many people from around the world
12:01 am
express condolences of. so people are offering to insist it these new signs of the planning involvement. but most of the sizes that the u. s. as in say, the math, unless it possesses reliable the form of the to the is the target company today might as well as one moment we saw this, our with breaking news from us assisting us. most of the biggest costs a whole have killed at least $60.00 people. i'm wounded around a 100 nevada. according to the ranges, health ministry, the desk told may still wise urgency. so this is a put out a file file that was started by the above addresses. so that seems all believes to be tracked inside the building and cuz it's suffocated from listings like the roof of the venue has collapse. this is some people may have been put under the rubble.
12:02 am
we've been hearing them. i witnesses who described the tragic but the good news is the does that all of the attack milestones at 6, the people not screens the latest statement by the russian investigative committee in the last, within the framework of this criminal case, a set of investigative actions is currently being carried out, also ortiz from the investigative committee, together with the federal security service. and the interior ministry are currently
12:03 am
examining the victims bodies. unfortunately, we must say that the death toll from this terrorist attack is increasing. at the moment we can talk about more than 60 dead investigators of will say seized weapons and ammunition from the crime scene. those are currently being examined genetic fingerprint. i'm ballistic inspections of the weapons, ammunition and all the evidence being conducted. cctv video has been collected and is being studied by specialists. this is all the information we have so far. the fact that the ceiling over the auditorium had actually collapse to an emergency services workers are now working to clear out the rubble from there. they were able to enter finally into that area where the it suspected that the fire actually started that the obviously grew into a place before but has more or less gotten under control. although,
12:04 am
according to the governor's report, there are also some isolated fires that the emergency services workers are still working to port out. of course this, this occurred, i was here from the, from pretty much just about half an hour after everything happened and the entire ceiling of the building. the roof was in the other flames. you could see parts of the building coming off and embers come falling from the roof of the building on to the grounds below. unfortunately, the authorities have said that the casualty number may arise right now. it stands at 60 people killed and over a 100 injured many of them have been hospitalized as a result. are there injuries? and again, like we said earlier in the program, there may still be people trapped inside the building. and that's part of the reason why the authorities have said that we may be looking at a higher casualty number that then is currently being reported. but nevertheless,
12:05 am
all the government agencies that are working hand in hand with the emergency services here, the investigative committee rushes, a national guard, it's interior ministry, they're all giving a russian president vladimir putin minute by minute updates on their work. and on the rescue operations that are taking place here to make sure that everyone that's, that can be saved from the building is safe from the building. and in terms of the actual terrorist attack that took place, the investigative committee is still trying to determine what, who was actually behind it, why this attack was carried out. of course, there were some claims on the internet that i says took responsibility for this attack, but that's completely unconfirmed. and many journalists are saying that that, that there's, there's no evidence to be found of that on official isis channels. so uh, the investigation of course continues and we're gonna have to wait for the official information to see uh to get to the bottom of basically what happened here and why
12:06 am
it took place. investigators have been examining the crime scene. they have uncovered a fly on, apparently used by that service. so it was multiple munition techs that we receive exclusive visage form on the quote because of the city whole. 55 is i'm for these all looking at the scene. this video shows of already being carried out of the facility as was the interior of the tragedy stricken by me. so i was of the attack, so i didn't say share the story. so one young woman saying so. so i think that in front of this should just they were standing by the exit. we were heading towards a source, some of them ran back here and started shooting at people. i fell down on the floor and tried to play dead. and the go next to me was killed. then the fire broke out. they closed the door. i guess they couldn't look it up. i was lying under the door, just breathing. i had no energy left in me. some time past 3 or 4 minutes. maybe i
12:07 am
cooled out, looked around and went to the exit. i saw that no one was that. so i went outside the turbo tax at some place enough cool that was new. it should be room dogs and competition. hundreds of competitors, a 615 watch styles of overbuilding, of the attackers open fire. we heard from a parent, one of the boxes who witnessed the hood. we're fixing the issue. and so what i need to need, everyone from the dance competition was running, escaping and whatever it was they were wearing. they ran out and dance dresses, no coats just their costumes. they were running as fast as they could to reach the metro. they left all of their stuff left behind everything they had with them. we saw the building on fire. there were 2 bodies near the dressing room. probably somebody's parents, the shooting was right next door. that hall, that's all over the video on. social media is right next to the entrance to the
12:08 am
dance competition. that's close, live out to the host of the conservative. they be club golf and i said, jo, bunch of good to see if i can switch on is here today. i don't see tragic times, not good times to be to because i know i almost succeed. the defendant's wounded. you know why the day everybody wants to know? who did this? why they did this? this hud makes of, uh, revolts coming out monday from the west, but from other media sources. you know, that washington says that he's, they see no evidence a was you play to know why that shipping in, at this stage to be, to be completely honest with you. he was also denied the role in it, but um, and also the washington back in march, the 7th uh soon came out with the statement. the thing too is citizens in
12:09 am
a be aware of launch the news. what, what do you make? is it all included? incidence, no, it's not large, it's not a coincidence, but i just want to give my condolences to those are adversely affected. you know, it's uh how do they know about it. they don't even know about chinese balloons that are above the united states. those have to be spotted by people in, in, in our community. so how did they have the intelligence that something was going to happen in moscow? you know, the close relationship between the zalinski and ukraine and the united states would, would be one indicator. but it just, it doesn't, it doesn't smell right, doesn't sound right. and the bad part about it is if the united states didn't know about it, they had access to the information. why would they just be so vague as to say there's going to be a tax on concert halls, but not give the details as to what they knew where it was going to happen? because that's exactly what did happen. yeah, it's sunny, very disturbing. you know, 1st of all, why would america say, by the way, in political,
12:10 am
nothing to do with keys and also at the same. so i, we've heard lucy and so like, rubles them out the new york times and cnn our same, it was, i, so, i mean, you know, in the old days, you know, back in the ninety's early to thousands of. so we blamed very, basically for everything or are they just being an escape go here? is it just smoke and mirrors? yes. i think the united states probably realize the severity of an attack in moscow on innocent people. now this is not something that, that ukraine is, is about, you know, ukraine did come out, or some of the spokesperson from ukraine did from kids come out and state that they were, they, they think the russians did it, themselves was, this is much more of the propaganda that we get from, from our own side, the, you know, that it's a say it's isis or i so it, it does certainly doesn't have the marketing devices or i. so if you look historically at what they would or would not do, it has more of the marketing. so what would be done is covert operations by someone
12:11 am
related to this a's off. you know, nazi battalion coming out of out of ukraine. the sad part is, is that the, the, the fodder, the fact that innocent civilians are being adversely affected and used as, as ponds by, by ambridge team. and sooner or later it does come out that came out on the north street pipeline that, that came out that it was that in large part that was caused by, you know, western influence in my, my most possibly even by germany itself. adversely affecting their own citizens, so nothing would surprise me right now. and i think that's all indicators of if i were doing the analysis, now we're looking at probably the bill of these. i would say that there's a higher probability that these people came from ukraine. so i'm just saying in say that because um they will so as of now in that we're going to come out and said, why should the amount of us have said that they haven't said russia to themselves, or they said they wouldn't be surprised that we, we have it, we have a suite on it,
12:12 am
but they wouldn't be surprised if uh, puts it in now uses what happened uh, this tragic event as an excuse to go in honda pa is like a full flag the and even a honda c crane the giving the present to puts in is, is that person that would do such a thing or is it going to be so maybe focus more on a sophisticated intel you know, i've had i studied, present food in just over the years just looking at some of the things and decisions he made, he has no desire to gain to separate the of the west or any other country. he likes to execute on a plan. and the plan was that if you wanted to go harder, you would have gone harder if you wanted to actually adverse effects civilians or crate civilian casualties. you could have done that very successfully, but just going in and wiping out t of in one fell swoop. but he didn't do that,
12:13 am
he's operated with restraint, which is actually the way that he's operated up until this point. so he's not interested. and i think that the same type of propaganda we get from the weak leadership that we have in the west and large part of the united states and parts of the european union. so i don't believe that student is going to step out and try to come up with some strategy. it seems as far for us, it seems like something that would be more likely to come from by them when he's waking up from his 15 hours of sleep during the course of the day or, or when they just before they pump them up with a bunch of amphetamines, to get them to be able to have a 20 minute speech. yeah, we saw that. so say the union speech, the joe, you know, what do you make of the time able there's, you know, just a week ago we had the elections and pretty much everybody in the most in russia seems to want to present present to continue the, the binary, if you lived for the next to 660 is cause this to be sort of like a perhaps
12:14 am
a diversion time, certain times to, to get put into focus on issues and perhaps slow things down on the board over the frame. if you look at the history when the ussr fail and they, they turned into the to what is now currently russia, there was, there was an inner feeling, a swelling and ground swelling of support. to have more of a democratic society. and you know, no, no society and no country is perfect. but i'll tell you that, you know, i have conversations with people that are in russia that live in russia that live in ukraine, live in, in those even the bulk and states. and everyone has the same respect for what has been able to happen in russia. so to say that putting, you know, you know, i'm sure that there's fraud that exists in every election. i'm sure those are resistance or people that stand against even what, what the boot and stands for. but i don't believe that that the people of russia are all being duped. and the people, even in the, the regions of,
12:15 am
of ukraine including premier that voted i don't think that they're being do for forced into a vote where they had to vote for food. and i think that they wants to bill any, and most people around the world, 13 things, life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, they want to have the opportunity. and i think that's something that the food has been able to do is you've been able to create security for the nation as well as prosperity, even in light of having to fight off nato. and, and this, this western come all that the frankly, embarrassingly enough, i have to live in. so before i let you go, some speculate that so with these of tax puts in main fights and lose some sort of popularity. and perhaps, even though the people all of russia would turn on it, is that something that is likely to happen a russian to a very much different to uh, west and people on a. i mean, when it comes to uh, the, the cold believes i have
12:16 am
a lot of russian friends besides the ability to drink me under the table and drinking vodka. i will tell you that they have a very, very, very strong disposition. and this is more likely to unify the people that russia against anyone that would do harm to people in their community. and likely you'll see unlikely alliances come together in russia. this again, this is my thought. they're going to come together. they're going to hunt down whoever did this. and my guess is whoever's responsible for it is more to, to have that what i call one up. so whatever they did, it's going to be one up against them and, and hold them responsible for their behavior. i don't believe this is going to we can present hooton's of ability to lead, and i certainly don't think this is going to create a larger risk between the people in, in russia and the current leadership ask whom it is. definitely want to watch those hope that the truth, the vials profiles. i would i have to leave with this. i'd be jo oldman and so they be of the cost coast. oh is a pleasure as
12:17 am
a thank you for your time. i'll be praying for you and i'll be praying for the people are russia. so thank you. i'm thank you that we've been having some eye witnesses who described events at cross city hall investigate what service are open fire. just to remind you, kneeling over a 140 casualties of at least 60 that yes, 0 is the i was on the balconies or we didn't think it was shots. just the audience greeting the musicians. at 1st we didn't think much of it, but then it became clear that something scary was going on. suddenly someone shouted that there was shooting and we had to evacuate. we ran right down towards the stage where you at some point everyone stopped. everyone just lay down on the stage. i was trying to scramble behind the speaker because i saw a person with some kind of firearm. we ran behind the curtain and one of the lobby staff was already standing there. he said, run a sort of advocate embassy,
12:18 am
and moscow has express condolences to all the victims of the tragedy. they reported that none the instant patrick was injured in the attack. the south african embassy stuff in most cool, including low calorie quartet, pesa matter or accounted for. we've also made contact with us so that we can students and that we know of what based and most cool in the whole sleep the so the can government, condense this and all of the ex of terra. we believe that terrorism, in any shape or form and for what it, what it is and does not belong in our society and should be condemned by all. we'd like to send a message of condolence as to the government of russia to the families of the victims, as well as those that are in jets. we wish them
12:19 am
a speedy recovery. this is a situation that will continue to monita and we show she updates as and when we receive information. very reactions to the last go tell us how call coming in from across the world. with the winehouse commenting on the tragedy in the immediate off them of his correspondence kind of both in the details as well. we had an almost immediate reaction from the white house, john kirby, who is a national security advisor to joe biden, speaking on behalf of the white house, gave this response in the immediate aftermath of the attack. here's what he said. clearly, there are people in the, in las gone in russia that object to the way mister pool is governing the, the country. but i don't think we're at this early hour. we can make a link between the, the, the shopping mall attack and in political motivations as excuse me,
12:20 am
we just need to, we more time and we need to learn more information. now the united states that it had no prior knowledge of the terrorist attack that took place, but many are raising questions about a state department travel advisory to americans in russia, that specifically mentioned concerts as possible targets for a terrorist attack and was issued just 2 weeks prior to today's her rendez of that, now the russian foreign ministry spokesperson maria's a car of came forward with some very strong words for the united states. as russia is reacting to the horrifying scenes. here's what marie is a car of a had to say the white house said it sees no signs that you crane or ukrainians are involved in the terrorist attack in moscow. on what basis do officials in washington draw any conclusions about someone's innocence in the midst of a tragedy? if the united states has or had reliable data on this matter,
12:21 am
then they must be immediately transferred to the russian side. and if there is no such data, then the white house has no right to issue condolences to anyone. all those involved, as stated by the russian leadership, will be identified by the competent authorities. now it's important to note that there was a telegram post by an individual representing the office of the ukrainian president saying, quote, let's be clear. ukraine has absolutely nothing to do with these events. and in addition to that, we have heard from the european union uh, the spokesperson, peter stano said, our thoughts are with all those russian citizens. the fact that the un secretary general's office said it was saddened by the reports of the shooting as well. now there were some strong words from the president of serbia. he said, i want to express my sincere condolences to the citizens and leadership of russia,
12:22 am
and the hope that the terrace will be arrested. and i hope that this will never happen again. a tragic event that has unforeseen consequences. there is no doubt. there will be further escalation in ukraine now. he went on from there to say every day we are getting closer to a major conflict that i fear will take more lives than the 2nd world war. uh, so quite an important statement from the president of serbia and many are asking questions about that mysterious travel advisory from the us state department prior to the attack. and what us officials may or may not have known what information was available. people are also raising questions about what organizations or individuals may have been responsible for this and much information is expected to come in the following hours as the country is kind of locked down in the aftermath of these events, making sure that the perpetrators and all who aided them can be arrested and
12:23 am
brought to justice. uh, there's a lot of sympathy and tiers and condolences for russia around the world. many around the world are offering words of sympathy, but also raising some serious questions about what caused today's advance to be able to happen. a survey as president has claimed that western countries have private information about the terrorist attack. and that is why the issue, the one to the citizens in russia. on march 7th, the american embassy urged its citizens not to visit move. then the british and others did the same. this means that the special services intercepted certain negotiations, received information. a knew that something was going to happen. i think it's almost almost impossible that western i intelligence agencies didn't know that something was upset. they wouldn't be sure
12:24 am
to travel advisory otherwise, i mean, they have to have something to go on and obviously from uh, maria. so kind of a statement, whatever they knew they didn't share with their russian connor cause will just uh, you know, they're just uh, doing their best to imitate the pots his pilots. uh, wash their hands of the whole thing, but to travel to the advisory from march 7th is pretty incriminating. so i have to agree with the serbian president. it's more than suspicious of the west rhetoric has been normalizing a tax on russian soil. david, normalizing it, they haven't condemned to use your credit for anything. i remember the tax against the crime and last year to you know, nobody really condemned that on the west and even i remember a mc blinking pretty much said, well, we're not gonna say to crane how to conduct their war against russia. pretty much
12:25 am
meaning, you know, if you can, to attack, if you want to attack russian territory, go ahead and do it. and then it was just a matter of time that this was going to happen. and just the whole rhetoric coming from western capital. ringback it's all came at additional escalation is nothing that wasn't expected. and uh, you know, they, they pretty much given carte blanche to their ukrainian clients to do whatever it takes to, uh, re, gain, quote unquote 0 territory. and when they, when you give someone a blank check, well, you know that's, they're gonna act like it. so, once again, this is what the serbian president said, i agree with him. we're heading toward a major complex. and the west obviously wants a major conflict. and you know,
12:26 am
i think the, even to travel advisory of uh, march 7th, i said can away it was almost an active provocation. very well. the new york times are reporting the american officials all why the president put to include, quote, seek to falsely blame ukraine. the 2nd lesson american officials are worried that president vladimir putin of russia, could seek to falsely blame ukraine for friday's attack. putting pressure on western governments to identify those they believe may be responsible. mister putin, frequently twists events, even tragic ones to fit his public narrative. as he has been quick to accuse ukraine of acts of terrorism to justify his invasion of the country. but at least so who is a sub in america and some of those are the sciences not fit the useful part, some of the task group i. so for the claim about ice will as well. and then it very
12:27 am
quickly said, this is a totally fabricated statement. it was completely debunked, you know, don't, don't pay any attention to it by reputable reliable sources. so i'm not really sure what to think of it. plus, this isn't really their style and not to, you know, in so far as they have one, you know, historically they're much more into suicide bombings and, and hostage taking and, and, you know, flashy execution. this is, this is much more reminiscent of any of the old chechen wars before before the trash can sort of found itself and, and the kind of mass occurs that beside and tomorrow of, and, and their us backfield used to do. and honestly, where are those people today? well, they're in the west and in ukraine, and they've been given political asylum in britain and so forth. you know, so if, if something happens with the signature, you would think they just started looking for people who used to do this sort of
12:28 am
thing. in russia, you know, 1012 years ago, i gosh, you know, and the isis, i mean it's, it's the, it's the perfect phantom menace. it's been declared defeated several times. and yet it did exist just enough for the us to legally occupy half a serial extensively to, to try to prevent it from re reemergence. well, if the us is there to prevent guys from lee emerging and isis has re emerged to attack russia. again, draw your own conclusions, somebody's not doing their job correctly. here. again, i don't think he was ices. i really honestly think the simplest explanation is probably the best, but i don't have any actual information to base those conclusions. so i'm just going to have to wait for the official investigation, just like everybody else. if the us has evidence that this wasn't ukraine, it should show it to us as evidence, evidence pointing to who it actually was. it should show it. you know, you create is always denied responsibility for its terrorist tax. whether it did
12:29 am
this was the murder of daria. do you know or defend the bombing of the cafe in saint petersburg? killed mister tarsh key or the attempted murder mister per lapping for the multiple attacks in the permian bridge. and then later on the immediate oh yeah, it was totally us and you know what this is is lead you to be in your times. yeah, i would ukraine, but you know, we don't approve of this. somebody is lying here. if the us government has evidence that points to the actual corporate of this terrorist attack, the issues that we should public you and they should do it. now, people who are across the globe have joined bosco in morning. locals in minutes have brought files to the russian embassy, paying respect to those tragic the last meal. clues of gathered outside the roof and consulate with candles. files of files have been made outside the russian embassy and is by yourself. then moreso sprung up and we'll do an ice and out for a of support for the victims. moving and hearing from eye witnesses,
12:30 am
it describes the tragedy at focus city holding most of that so, so far, even over a 140 wounded and at least 60 that the concept of just when i was at the concert i was in the amphitheatre just before the descent kicked off about 5 minutes before the concept started. i heard distant machine gun fire. i wasn't sure that's what it was or rather, i couldn't believe that was a possibility which i started to panic. i realized it was something scary. my 1st thoughts was that we were being held hostage. i quickly started looking for a way out nearby. there was a service entrance, a whole crowd of us run out of that and a russell for me. thank you for joining us through these troubled times. i've been dual a good day and my hand you over to my colleague slash gets a that auto body shop. bye bye for now.
