3:30 pm
that i'm now joined by paul and the gira, a brazilian economist, and former executive director of the international monetary fund. mr. gary, it's good to senior again. thank you very much for your time. thank you for having me here. now you've had a very interesting career having served in the old style that is western dominated financial institutions like they are math and also being associated with the new age group. things like breaks and new development bank. i wonder if you find the item that's experienced in any way helpful to sort of observing what's happening with the brakes these days. in many ways. yes. what if i were just select one thing that i learned from the, my experience of 8 years in, in washington, india and math. it is that the current, international monetary and financial system dominated by the united states and its allies. it's henri farmable. the system is rigid,
3:31 pm
it's originally controlled. it has to be when i say this is, i mean the mass, the world bank, the federal reserve, the dollar itself, the swift payment system. all this has become a set of full a do political instruments that the west uses routinely and aggressively to intimidate, restrict, and you know, dominate other countries. so this, this is my experience and the fun i've, i've, i felt a lot for to reform the fund. i spent using, he is doing that and my we did a to some things in the context of what you just mentioned, the financial crisis. when the west was weak, it's sort of made some concessions, but since 2010, since it's 14 years, the whole structure of the fund has been for pros. no, cause you understand that because you've written a lot about the us. but the weaponized ation of this institutions hurts their
3:32 pm
reputation and ultimately comes back to by the west itself. because the west has use this tool support to its own advantage. how do you understand the logical of doing these mutually exclusive things? variety is you put it well, i mean, this is, i believe a symptom of the decay of the west. the west has to be off, of course, hedge a monic, but it is a declining force. and the declining force. misuse is. the answer is it has. i would say that if we want to change things, we have at least one important ally if we want to change with all the system. this in fort ally is the united states because it continuously undermines its own currency who is using it to yeah, a lot of people are joking about it, but it undermines it in a very sort of unconscious way. i mean, doing a lot of damage, but the big question is whether there is any good to any one coming from that,
3:33 pm
including the united states itself. and when there is no good one, the power is, you know, destroying for the sake of destroying that's, that's pretty dangerous, isn't it? a declining superpower is always dangerous, especially with this, this declining supervisor, the united states, has a mindset deep in grain mindset that it has to be the leader that it has to. a flag is orders as it has to be the dominant player in the games that because the difference between being elaina and during borders by the way. and then in fact, the same thing, right, us as a self proclaimed leader, nobody asked them to do play that role of at least not, not the major countries, but it has played that role since world war 2. and it's, it has been facing us. i think it's quite clear that it has been facing increasingly difficult, the increasing difficulties and sustaining that superpower now. so we were going to need to, we are living through very turbulent times. witness,
3:34 pm
which is going on in ukraine. what is going on in the middle east? these are symptoms of, of the aggressive power of destruction, of a superpower. that is in decline, and few is the client now and you have the imap um, they are going to zation where your work still goes by the word, the international. and to some extent, you know, it's reflected in structure. so you writing and one of your articles that although virtually all southern states are formally represented, the i'm us government structure, a small coal 4th of western nation states representing 15 percent of the global population calls all the shots. and i was thinking about it in the context of the american elections when almost everybody gets to vote, but only it's, you know, if you get to, we'll, we'll influence. i wonder if that's actually the sort of big the world of the problem that the americans truly see that as democratic when you have
3:35 pm
a representative but not participatory a governance system that they, they're pushing on pretty much the rest of all of us. well, my indian colleagues in the executive board used to say that the international monetary fund is a misnomer. it should because they should be named the north atlantic monetary funds. because really, it's an alliance between the us and its you're being allies, the guns of the fund as the same goal is a whole. so the world bank we used to hold some of us used to hope that overtime the us and you would be, i'm open to change, would come to realize that the institutions they created and control would only be viable if it becomes a more participated participatory structure but what i saw there is a deep resent that a deep resistance, any fund the metal change, we can make some changes in the fund and the will bank best possible, because medic or no mistake has medic but only to the extent that these changes do
3:36 pm
not challenge the control, the centralization of decision making in the small committee, which used to call itself the international community that says just a 15 percent or less of the total population in the world. and it behaves as though it's going to lead to. it is used to do it easily or last centuries, but now this time is gone times best and you'd be ends and especially the americans do not want to recognize this. they want to hold on to, to the power to the privilege default to the title of kyra. but uh, i get the sense that they don't actually want to be sort of are burdened with the actual work of leading and governing. because it takes a lot of time and effort as far as i understand. yeah, they want to dictate, they don't want to really have a dialogue. is alanna? so see what the dialogue, in reality would do,
3:37 pm
what you see in the international organizations. they no longer multilateral accept a name, they become as tools. i'll give you an example. the fund needs to support big countries and difficulties if the country and difficulty is seen is uncooperative. by the west. it obtains no support or support in very harsh conditions in terms of us to anything. but if the country is friendly, was too politically important to the west. it can receive a norm, this amount of money with little conditions attached. so it's double standard is all the time to the americans and the bmc. they feel they need to hold on, tied to the structures they have and they're not waiting to open space for, for the rest of the world. well, uh the rest of the world doesn't have to ask for their permission to open a new space. and i mean, bricks is one of the examples of that. i mean, it wasn't created as
3:38 pm
a revolutionary force. it's not there to combat western influence, at least initially it was there to, you know, mind its own business and to create better conditions for the member states. but whenever you try to set up a business in that and monopolist the environment, you are likely to be seen as a threat. and this is what i want to ask you about. do you see breaks as a, as a challenge or to the western model? not in rhetoric, but in practice. and actually what you see. we always use the language of cooperation, peaceful negotiations. but in we the brits would never had been created. i can tell you that if we had not sense the fact that the west was unwilling to have a 2 dialogue with us initially as a say, we were more inclined to work together. brazil rushing to china and leaders very practical non political way. it's more practically working. i participated in that
3:39 pm
working for the reform of the i math and the world back. we managed to obtain some results and then the thing got frozen. so after 2014, have to try the 12 are in reality. we realized that we needed to build on fast, so we started constructing a new development back steroids and shine guy. we constructed the monetary fund of the bricks, calls continued reserve arrangements. so we started doing practical things together . and now we're on, on the, on our way, i hope to building alternatives to the monetary system as well. and so i say we are not add to west, we never say we, i to west of course, you never find the government officials saying what i'm going to say now. but in fact, we, uh, we sense the fact that we need to build something independence of the west. god, we can back as soon as we're not hostile to west, but it's a counter hedge, a monic force alternative to the force. right now is,
3:40 pm
can i ask you something because development is one of the words that pops up in many of those documents i mass flow back to the united states likes to talk about the brakes also talks about it that a lot. and what does development even me and then the current jewel political context. because i can remember a number of countries that had a fairly solid standing by the un millennium development goals, likely being or syria, which were declared price states and pretty much destroyed supposedly for the benefit of the people. so what is development? in the current circumstance, i believe development in the current circumstance needs to be independent from western structures. because west instructors have shown you quoted to stock examples, syria and lead them to have many others. what does this show that you cannot develop if you don't have your own independent means economic, but also military. what is rush wind,
3:41 pm
rush is showing that on the west cannot defeated the military because of pressure is huge. i mean, frustrated and large country. so large countries like russia, china, brazil, india, can play a role in building, let's say, an umbrella, where countries can develop peacefully and protected from the sort of destructive impulses that the west has. especially the united states. it's, it's something to be investigated more deeply. now, why the u. s. pays and that way. what, why? i mean, uh, that's a curb to for change to do that. how do you understand this ultimate motive to come and impulse? some conditions on the country that do not only facilitate the actual you know, human mystic development, but also oftentimes do not produce the results desired by the west itself. us as a militaristic society, as a militaristic mindset and to for example, the data,
3:42 pm
diet data, the live in washington, d. c was very unpleasant, all sort of electrician, you're not talking outside the, the math in the math. one thing i noticed, which amazing me even when brazil had agreement with the us on certain positions i agreement was difficult to work with them because they always think that they don't need that support. they don't need alliances. they need, they need fast cells. they need satellites, that's the way they they think. unfortunately. so cooperation with them has become, i would say practically impossible. of course the governments, the president galvan, cannot say that with the business and government, and boosted in officials and resilience in general. know this from experience. how difficult it is to, to negotiate and to deal with the united states because of their, an intrinsic attitude towards other countries. well, mr. in a day or we have to take a short break right now, but we will be back in just
3:43 pm
a few moments station. the take a fresh look around is life kaleidoscopic, isn't just a shifted reality distortion by power to do vision with no real opinions. fixtures, design to simplify will confuse really once a better wills, and is it just as a chosen few fractured images presented as 1st? can you see through their illusion going underground again? the
3:44 pm
welcome back to wells, the parts with follow and the gira, a brazilian economist on form executive director of the international monetary fund . now i'm assuming the gear, as we've been discussing before the break there, there is the west, a at one pole with its a developmental model. and then on the other side, they're large countries like russia, china, india, that i believe cannot be developed according to western specifications. it's not only that they don't want to that, but that it's not simply realistic because that would be impossible without losing well just national identity, but national substance because there too large for the west to even offer them anything you know workable. but there are lots of countries in the middle dressing
3:45 pm
. now it is a good historical moment for those mid sized countries to try to charge their own developmental course by themselves. or are there still in some way bonded to the sources of either financing or let's say technology. things are changing it to look at the world. now you see a lot of middle size or even small countries that are, that are moving away from the west and see, look at what's happening in french speaking africa. a lot of countries are rebelling, expelling french forces, questioning french models of, of international relations. and i can tell you, from my experience, the french speaking african countries used to be very disciplined with respect to facts, very, very much satellites. and now, 15 years later, i see the move that that's going on. and africa in latin america. it's
3:46 pm
a mixed bag, but do have the same. the same situation in asia, leased asian countries are developing at a very past base. look at what, not only china, but southeast asia. they did not follow the neo liberal agenda. they never fall on this. do you know, the sense that i get is that they are a lot of countries who are truly dissatisfied with, with the system they seed as unfair. they often times see it as abusive. they like to criticize it. and yeah, they somehow lack the agency or the political will to offer, you know, their own solution. so to chart their own course and they found up continuing relying on the abuse of system and indirectly supporting it. what's the shortest way out of this somewhat settlements. i q stick relationship that is still quite common in the national system. you put it well, i agree with the way you summarize that. let me just tell you that we cannot
3:47 pm
underestimate the united states in the west, in general. the declining and relative influence. yes. and relative economic size. yes. and relative to the demographic terms. yes. but they're still very powerful. they are declining from a very high stage of development in falling. so when i say, why am i saying this is because if you look at the political economy of the countries in the globe circle and global south, most of them, perhaps all of them are vulnerable to actions taken by the united states and their allies and its allies, so just give you an example. recently, donald trump said that he would or of what it was, she was not, i agree at all with any attempt to unseat the dollar as the result of courtesy of the world and even threaten countries that would try to do this with punitive terrace of up to 100 was on everything the import and export to the united states.
3:48 pm
now of course, you may say, well donald trump is an outlier in terms of bluffs and the rest of statements, but i think we should make no mistake. united states, a lease is deeply hostile to any attempt and see the dollar and just to speak in my own country. i don't want to speak about other countries. brazil has a lot of sectors of it, society and economy and the political c, media and universities, which i deeply attached to the united states. they look up to the us and they act in, in symphony with us when things become difficult. so. so let's say it's not easy for, for a country, for even a government would be, you know, it has 30 say a psychology and it's interest. there is an interesting parallel there that instruct times to be always are sort of referred to to them not to magic ways of operating the, the ways that to be learned during trauma. but in good times we can afford to
3:49 pm
advance some more productive ways. and i understand that brazil to what you know, at certain points can, at certain times, can corporate with china with india, even with ration for example, settle, you know, that transactions and by electrical premises. but i heard you say that while the countries, many countries are doing that on the biological basis, there is a limit to this sort of policy. because sooner or later they will come a time when they would have to set up not a common reserve current. so, but they've come in the reference currency. why would that be needed and what's the difference between a reference and reserve currencies? i'm glad you asked that because this point is often misunderstood, over, overlooked last to you. he and involved by this point came up in certain dimensions by the russians present in the meeting even by president, 14 themselves. i got the impression that some people think that settling
3:50 pm
transacting and national courtesies would be sufficient, would need that go beyond that. but actually that works for the why, because countries need to have a system where they can incur in deficit, sense surpluses. and you can't have that if you don't have, or either you can call it a reference currency or reserve courtesy. the point is that it needs to be a safe asset where you can park part of your reserves at least take, for example, the case of russia in india. the transact mostly in national goods, is now russia has a surplus quite large with india. so it's accumulating, rubies. now the central bank of russia may not want to hold onto these rubies because occurrences, india is not convertible. it's perhaps drawn to instability. so what can russia do? it has some alternatives. none of them are good. none of them are perfect. let's put it this way. you can seek investment opportunities in india, for example, using the rubies to invest in india. but that may be useful,
3:51 pm
and they may be reluctant to open certain sectors of its economy to, for an investment. so originally drive alternatively to increase this effort to imports from, from india, lived in services and into and it may run into difficulties because it may want to protect certain sectors of the russian economy against inputs of goods and services . so what it was really quick and ready to do a 3rd possibility which hasn't been used is to do a triangle operation with countries. 3rd, countries that have interest in receiving a robust to use in their relations with indian. who would that be? i mean the china and india with the perhaps have some know i was thinking of a central certificate that apple of the gulf countries. and we have a lot of close proximity to india need rubies. but what i see is this by this example, shirts to show that a system based purely on national currencies is a good step. yes, but it's not sufficient. so we need to reference chris and another common
3:52 pm
misunderstanding the reference. chris is not a unified current, so it's not like a year old with a common central bank that's not what's in being discussed. it wouldn't be a bad little currency for international transactions and for to serve as a safe reserve asset for the participating countries. now what would it take to come up with something like this because in the rhetoric of police told the brakes, members, and many of their associated partners are ready explore alternative ways of doing business. and they believe that it's that suffering right to trade with one another . and yet for some reason um the progress is halted at some point. you know, present blue chair. the brakes next to your resume will be the chair of the bricks . has said his statement to cousin, because i'm sending it to you said quite clearly, we need an alternative means of payment not to replace our currencies, but to construct a financial system,
3:53 pm
a new financial system for the multiple world orders that we, we want to achieve. so he said that quickly, he said that quite clearly producing present little a has enough, let's say political courage to actually put his words into, you know, some action. that's a good question that let's see. let's see. he formulated clearly and correctly. but there is a problem, a problem is i go back going back to what i said before the united states resist any attempt to and see the dollar. united states has power to influence backstage and fund stage countries that the me see can alternative to the dollar. so you knew you need to muster political will and technical capacity. what have we seen in the discussions among bricks? the countries are reluctant to move forward. russian made a very good proposal for a new settlement system as an alternative to swift. countries agreed to explore the
3:54 pm
issue, but they did not go beyond that. well, there may be some investment, some incentives offered by the united states itself because if the system is not only abuse, if it's also deeply sick and the american national debt is approaching $36.00 trillion dollars as we speak. do you see any treatment reasonable treatment to that problem? that's one of the reasons why we need an alternate assist. the dollar. you see it occurs so you can only be trusted if the economy that issues that currency is also trustworthy. and the economy, the united states and other high income countries is, is it is largely unstable fiscal depths. that's for, for the foreseeable future high and go in depth and the tendency to misuse this, the instruments as, as political weapons. so. so on the one hand we, we realize this, we briggs, i believe we do. on the other hand, we know, you know,
3:55 pm
the brakes have a 10, they have a long trench tradition of work. and by consensus, this may be a trap for us. i believe it's difficult to move away from this tradition because countries are different the different levels of color levels of different interest and they want their sensitivities and special concerns to be taking into account. so consensus has a lot of support. but what if we know, are we well used to be 5 countries now we're 9 and maybe more in the future. now, how can we work on the basis consensus with a large number of countries diverse and vulnerable? well, i, you can work on the basis of consensus if you understand what the common good really is. i mean, what you're there for, apart from talking. but it's not only an understanding of common was it's a political economy issue. i gave an example. egypt is not a full member of the brakes. you did this under 9 math program. so in,
3:56 pm
in the age of this, very vulnerable to us press the pressures in the execution of. it's how if it is, if it's not cooperative with the west, it may face troubles in dc in the i'm a full life is always challenging your house, competing with divisions and getting risks. but at the end of the day, if we try to sum up the last 15 years so far breaks development compared to let's say g 20, it doesn't look like brakes has made some real progress forward compared website to the g 20 because it seems to be more of a talking shop or the g 20. it also participated in id to any extensive became a leaders form it back in 2008. the last relevant to 20 presidency was the french one into our 2011. 0, it's 3 stages, but not very effective. but as i say, it's more talk shop and a talk shop that has become
3:57 pm
a sort of difficult because you have all the key, the countries that are at loggerheads and the other one to have us. and you, on the other hand, russian, china and the, the western countries boycott anything that involves the russia. so the g 20 is broken. it's much less effective than the brakes can be or even the deep 7 in fact is much more effective because it's a small a. how about genius group under us leadership? the bricks i, i hope we don't actually continue expanding very quickly. and i hope we realize that consensus cannot be a golden rule. we need to, you know, build a correlation of willing countries. let's say you want to move forward on the base of the russian proposal for an alternative payment system. maybe not all countries would be willing to join. so let's construct the coalition of willing countries and move forward. the others can join later. my my cuz i know it's difficult. my
3:58 pm
concern is if we stick to consensus rigidly with the expanding group, we may not get anywhere. well, if we stick, or if the bricks country stick to consensus, they would become as formalistic as the west. and perhaps they should learn from the west as well, from its own mistakes within a day, or we have to leave it there. but it's been pure delight talking to you again. thank you very much. cause a pleasure. thank you. thank you. and thank you for watching hope to see her again on once a part the because i don't which the nicest of them that just didn't want to say i'm on this for the membership basis just you live, you see for the same you under the
3:59 pm
guise of evacuation about 50000 people were transported the, the main purpose of this concentration camp in bella rows was to in think prisoners was time for us and use them as a human shield against the advancing. so it'd be it on me getting my own. but silly into phone. you put them in the sky when it was in love with like you the ship that i use the purpose of the ladder step. i don't want to bring your name here. i'm so sorry. i missed because that your certificate seems to be put aside in the 1st year of the nazis use people as biological weapons, leaving them to perish without food and water. motion to d doff smart there from you for a deity. so could if they knew who lives on here, what do you smoke or can you put the you can use your weight in there. so that's a huge issue. relationship for them to move the cam gloucester 10 days or what else
4:00 pm
made it drastically defense from of accounts of the 3rd rice watch on t the the a russian passenger plane couches fall well lines and good to he is on holly poles with every one on to safely evacuated the story of the shape of the week. it is necessary to establish serial production of these new science. and we have taken the decision to organize and carry out the serial production of the system. there is no counter measure to such a messiah, and no means of intercepting it in the world today. russia hits a military factory in ukraine with this new it's time to sort of missed off the response to key it strikes by date. so, supplied. westland is owned by russian defense minister takes up on his trip,
4:01 pm
preventing them so that growing footsteps on the battlefields of the rain punch select. plus the international criminal cause issues along the way to the rest warrens for the as ready, prime minister on his totemic defense teeth that were accused of the crimes committed by the id to gauge the palestinian people to the book. so the, the hello and welcome you watching the weekly here on. 1 the international with the latest news updates on the with a round up of the stories the shapes the week is good to have you with us. with the only thing into ikea, where a russian and passenger plane has both into flames. off the landing at on talia add port, you can get the latest details, no smoke correspondents into a key. yes. yes and good to see you. so what do we know with the moments about the play and on the people on both? and what we know is, emergency services have acted quickly,
4:02 pm
essentially preventing what could have been a catastrophe in on tell you on what we understand that this given moments we understand that emergency services acted quickly and swiftly to put out the flames, which broke out upon which broke out upon landing, and on top of the airport. what preliminary report suggests is that the bad weather conditions in and around the region resulted in some sort of difficulties. upon landing reports also suggests that the plane, as it was landing because of the adverse weather conditions, landed a little too hard and the engines made contact with the bung way resulting in the flames. but one thing that is good, of course, is the fact that nobody was killed or seriously harmed. as a result of this incidents, we understand that turkish authorities have suggested uh 89 passengers and 6 crew members have been evacuated as emergency services battled with the fire to ensure that it doesn't spread that it didn't spread to the other compartments of the
4:03 pm
aircraft. but, but we do understand, of course the situation was of course in one sense of the word lucky because we understand that back in 2019 d, as in with the airlines and stuff for a similar incidents when a, an airliner was approaching and landing in an airport in around moscow, and it resulted in the deaths of dozens of people that scenario, of course, was not repeated here. today. we understand that there are statements provided by russian authorities as well. and they suggest that they are in close contact with their charges counterparts. we understand that the diplomatic services are offering everything that account to ensure that the passengers and russian nationals are essentially tended to, that their needs are also taken care of. we also understand that the statements coming out of the target site suggests that there will be investigations as well. and where should the thirty's ation authorities have also suggested that an investigation is under way to understand the details as to how this accident happened. how it resulted, and we will, of course, to be waiting on that report. it will take some time for the investigations take
4:04 pm
place. but as it stands, the turkish minister of transportation issued a statement suggesting that the airport is in one way or the word functioning. he said that the airport will be closed until 3 o'clock after midnight and at least just considering arrivals. but the parts, as will be continuing using a military runway, that is the adjacent to the airport as it stands out to be has been averted. and we will be following the developments as they become available. thanks for the updates on sol, corresponding johnson, i can intake air force. thank you. russia how to use this new if ballistic missile, to attack a military industrial site in ukraine. this followed washington's decisions to green lights, caves use of low range weapons to strike russian territory, so the potent has signed off on increasing the new key and capable weapons production. yeah, pretty much it is necessary to establish cereal production of these me silence. and
4:05 pm
we have taken the decision to organize and carry out the serial production of the system, given the particular strength and power of this weapon, it will be put into service with the strategic missile forces. another important item is that in addition to the russian x system, russia today has several other systems in the works, according to the results of the tests. these weapons will also go into production. in other words, we have a whole line of medium in short range systems. russia is a state of the art russian. they can miss. so can hit targets with an a 5 thousands, columbus and radius is classified as a hype, a sonic weapon travelling at the speed of up to 3 kilometers per 2nd. do you want give me thing where the rush is top, military brows, president piercing. emphasize the rush next on rivals status. he said no existing defense systems are capable of intercepting it. let's take a look at a map showing the approximate time it would take a rationing to reach major european capitals. now, if it was known for russia's compost in your complex projections,
4:06 pm
so it showed the missile, hazing all of them in less than half an hour. for me, us, all the offices done is left for a picnic. further explains the missiles capabilities hypersonic boxed in. so that's about 3 kilometers per 2nd. so the missile cannot be stopped. the naked, i can't even try to go so fast. is zoomed by somebody, i guess the it'd be pick up some kind of that i have the to speed just like i said, 3 kilometers per 2nd of the missile has multiple launch has multiple warheads somewhere between 1011. so is there a radically, all of those could be loaded with a nuclear? uh, and then if we are close or they can be used as uh, several, uh, uh, launch vehicles that are nuclear tip and the rest as deep. but at mach 10, uh, there is no be, uh there is no uh, in the air system, vic and stop them. no hit any car, get it there. a. and this is a 1st fuel test,
4:07 pm
but it is showing that its very capable. it launches in small hypersonic speeds and it hit start on target. oh by words. hello, this comes off the key of use west and supplies loan grange wesson's to attack russian territory south side of the conflict. so if this happens, strike was intercepted, wallace, storm shudder, missed all hip, it's mock resulting in some casualties. the american missiles can travel from 165 up to 300 kilometers depending on the model. and then during most goes neighboring regions, french and british, the applied systems reach the 250 kilometer mark, which puts the quantity in peninsula it's the risk. but some of those are capable of trying to get a greater range of 560 kilometers if specific access is given. meaning they could potentially hit the rustle capital. president putin, his going to the west of russia's response to such strikes. you would have,
4:08 pm
would you recommend that the ruling elite, so those countries that are planning to use the military contingents against russia seriously consider this, of course, choosing if necessary. and those are retaliatory measure of targets to be hit by such systems as or actually on ukrainian territory. we will proactively notify civilians and also ask citizens are friendly states who are there to leave the danger zone. we will do this for humanitarian reasons, openly, publicly, without fear of opposition from the enemy, also receive this information. why without fear? because there are no means of countering such weapons. today, these missiles attack targets at the speed of mach, then that is 2 and a half to 3 kilometers per 2nd. the world's current air defense systems. and the missile defense system of the americans in europe do not intercept such as science . some of your doing, you mean? well, the french president has said that on the red lines, it is supposed for ukraine. he has, however, has not yet lost any french supplies may solves,
4:09 pm
into russia. we discussed this with power space to a political report of laura style. a man is work on the whole of france is a bit dumbfounded and everyone today is well aware that striking russian territory with storm shadow missiles would be a serious mistakes. and the french realize this, when we see how much the main stream media today tries to a lay fears by claiming it's no big deal, we need to do it, etc. we realize that the population is still very concerned. what happened? inappropriate trust was impressive in france, it was received with the help of bull consternation. we are caught in a vicious cycle. the west and the americans probably already regret the decision to authorize the strikes. because today, no one has any doubt that russia will respond to each of them in the future. but what should we expect from the negotiations? what will be the main aspect of this conflict? europeans are concerned that the negotiations may take place even without their presence. judging by the current situation,
4:10 pm
trump won't even need to invite the europeans to the talks with russia. everything that is happening today is a sign of this concerns. in fact, europe wants to preserve its right to be present at future negotiations. that's all i can say personally as a journalist about the current situation in the information and political space most goes agents, all me is gradually pushing ukrainian forces down. so because bold a region that is being partially occupied since august, russia has also advanced and don't boss taking control of another assessments and the done yes for public ukraine has reportedly lost at least 260 soldiers on several on the vehicles just over the past day, russia's defense minister earlier visited the cologne's post of the knolls group of forces and highlighted the success they've hands on the battlefield. the combat what that you have done here. now you have crash, the best parts of ukrainian forces, and the fact that progress has accelerated. now you have in fact disrupted their

subjects on zillow is from 11 on cell across several populated areas. and pizza, think of on the outskirts of tele d, blissful people were injured including a 17 year old woman imagined. so i can see motion from shell. so the idea, suppose that most of the rockets arise was intercepted, has velocity is it's a talk solver. tale ation for the relentless is way the foaming of favorites over to northern dogs, the weather direct. so they come all as one hospital has been injured and we knew the idea of strikes on the medical facility. adults who promised his stuff would continue to provide, had to spot the danger the sun up. we will continue to provide care no matter of the cost. it is an honor for me to serve the people that are left. we will continue to provide care no matter what, on a daily basis, they have targeted us so they have targeted our workers. they have targeted me. we will continue to provide care as the world abandons northern god. god willing,
4:18 pm
i will heal and continue to provide care and neighborhoods. the hospital is located in has repeatedly come on the idea of fi. i'm. it is bounds on getting siege of northern garza so say, so one of the deadliest attacks on the residential area surrounding come all as one hospital. 66 people were killed and the own flows, including women and children, of the 100 people were injured before being injured the hospital direct. so have given the interviews. what had been candid about the dia, conditions, the facility finds itself. there wasn't much of it as us before. the shadley, the scene is repeated daily in northern gaza. we have appealed to the world and continued to call for everything needed to provide safe humanitarian services to be allowed entry. come all at one hospital is still suffering from a severe shortage of medical supplies and essentials. we're also facing a shortage of food. unable to provide even a single meal for staff night shift workers or the injured at tomorrow when
4:19 pm
hospital. the hospital continues to operate at minimal capacity until this moment, not a single ambulance has been allowed into northern gaza. specialized surgical teams have not been permitted to entry, nor have medical supplies, tools, or food. unfortunately, we're seeing a growing number of malnutrition cases among the elderly and children. there are children in the hospital showing signs of advanced mal nutrition and severe dehydration. we lost an elderly person to mel nutrition and starvation. we lost wounded patients because we lack specialized surgical teams and are unable to perform surgeries tomorrow. who those who we will lose. and this is the reality. once again, i plead with the world to hear these words. and i call on organizations that claim to advocate for humanity and democracy to intervene urgently. there is a dire need to break the siege on northern gaza and allow the entry of the necessary aid, medical supplies, medical delegations,
4:20 pm
and ambulances. only then can we provide humanitarian services to northern gaza. the bombing has not stopped us throughout the day northern gaza subjected to relentless attacks. whether by air strikes, artillery or drones. this is the harsh reality. we live in northern gaza. the international criminal quotas issued arrest warrants for his way, the prime minister, benjamin netanyahu, and his former defense minister, you ask alons. the one body determines that both men bear responsibility for a range of war, crimes against the palestinian people. with regard to the crimes, the chamber found reasonable grounds to believe that mister netanyahu and mister kalonde each bear criminal responsibility for the following crimes, as co perpetrators for committing the acts jointly with others. the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other in humane acts. as a statements claims,
4:21 pm
there are reasonable grounds to believe nothing. yeah, one gallons. committed crimes against humanity and war crimes between at least october 8th last year and may 20, 2024. when the words were filed, israel tried to challenge the court's jurisdiction, but the c dismissed these infections. they charges hold, then. yeah, 100 gallons responsible for gas as dire humanitarian crisis, including severe shortages of food, water, electricity, and medical aid. and that is a significant discoloration and legal accountability of minutes. the ongoing conflicts that according to guides us health ministry, has already left over $44000.00 palestinians dad and displaced tens of thousands. here's another quotation from the court statements. both individuals intentionally and knowingly deprived the civilian population in gaza, of objects indispensable to their survival, including food, water in medicine, and medical supplies, as well as fuel and electricity. i'm surprised that an attorney at last out of the

eyes. this is decision. israel rejects with disgust the absurd and false actions and charges against it by the international criminal court, which is a biased and discriminatory political body. on surprisingly, again, the palestinian reaction was starkly different. they probably stayed in a basset or to the u. k. for example, hailed the eyes, this is ruling as a step towards accountability and just as calling for israel to be held accountable and not just full. the full $112.00 days will be ongoing guys, a war. but for the $28000.00 days of is really illegal occupation. it is way the government has said to touch old ties with the country's old, his daily newspaper hearts. the decision comes off of the state communications ministry accuse the liberal outlets of quote, damaging the legitimacy of as well, including for functions against is top leadership. the government is severing old

ties with the har, it's newspaper. the government today unanimously approved the proposal of the minister of communications to all state bodies, all those who are funded by him from the budget not to contact the higher ed newspaper in any way, not to publish any publications in it. we must not allow a reality in which the publisher of an official newspaper in the state of israel coles the sanctions against it, supports the enemies of the states in the midst of a war, and is be funded by it. while international bodies undermine the legitimacy of the state of israel, it's right to self defense and actually impose sanctions against it. and its leaders, including criminal ones, like a reaction from high rise defense on government, call them s m e a r, and he stays the hotline nursing. yahoo government is turning into a dictatorship that doesn't tolerate it's alternative opinions. just another example of the absurd policies that the government is conducting

and that the uh to the detriment of todd the very light that they are trying to deny. and that these, that israel is slowly going down the slippery slope of no longer being a liberal democracy as for user friendly media. and this is indeed the unprecedented know how rich this paper i'm writing for is and the lead to broad chic uh it doesn't have a sub. and why the circulation but the chip prestige paper. and it has um, some drama does both in is rarely decision making. so it goes as well as abroad for administrators and collectors. read it and find those. uh, some reassurance that there is still um, a vital is rarely uh the scores as reflected on the pages and websites

hello and welcome to the cost of full horses? here we discuss the wheel in the, in february 2022 ukraine. the game, the world's number one, new story for ukraine, new brand, new credit, a brand new crane question. truth invited to create a new one perspective, ukraine suffering from russian aggression. we seen the main stream media and the nightly news were citing clean developed scripts that essentially say exactly the same thing. using the buzz words of this as a threat to our democracy. when you see 10 different channels a exactly that sentence, you know that it's a central intelligence agency script. the role of p r firms in ukraine, throughout europe and into united states really can be overstated. it's quite
4:29 pm
different than it wasn't previous decades where there used to be more of a culver role of propaganda, government propaganda operations. now this is just celebrated as p r in helping ukraine and helping get their message out. terms of the case who's pulling the strings and who is profiting the the the okay.

4:31 pm
it's hard to say goodbye. you know, when you get used somebody like that, said she, that was like a tree and a railing when they grow in together. and he has had it all sorts of jungle out there. and yours is a site visit and it shows it all. and it gets better and better would show really video you. let's have a look at what the self intel grandfather decided to do after who make use beach on the i think it was the environment. there's something really lucky just to do it, to get better, a better look at the place where you going to assist you. so symbolic isn't just great. he has no idea what he's doing those great. now of course, right, this is just me. gold right here. you're never going to get away with this right now. you know, without somebody. so a stepping in here and making them look even more. is it ridiculous than he is? you know? yeah, i just possibly started world war 3. i don't going to walk into a jungle. let's have
4:32 pm
a look at what you do is out in the internet. so we'll have done with joe to enhance the experience. was the trip into the rain forest? really look for it? yeah, absolutely. so. well, you know, just as your thought it was all over and the joes are treating into the greenery. and you might think that people like the white boys for kamala might also have, are treated as incident forestry and disappeared. well, the times that they haven't, they're determined to stay on message and they're determined to keep using women's toilets. that's correct. ladies. next time you go into do a little bit of business in the privacy of the, you know, the ladies room. you might encounter a dude with a meat and to badge in his tights and some stobel roll the video. this is and now the why dude, for kamala is, is true. winning is not going to stop him from going into women's locker rooms for the rest of these and voted for a convicted felon. st. goes for you. i go where i least i use the women's restroom
4:33 pm
. i use the women's locker rooms and i will continue to do so, whether you like it or not, we're not, we're not. we don't like it. of course, the ridiculous nature of these dude said dressing up as we have and you know, men pretending to be girls, the beat of girls in the olympics. man. uh, you know, the 8 foot tall dudes, racing in this room and races against little kids. it's just pathetic. it is pathetic, right? there you go. i said this and now me to across. but even mike johnson, the speaker of the house, had to come out and actually clarify that the, you know, a mom is a man or woman is woman. imagine living in a reality where were teetering on the brink of a big conflict, potentially globally. and this is the stuff this preoccupying people in the seat of power in the united states. apparently it's aimed at a, a congress person who wants to be something then i'll run the video, you. hello everybody. there's want to make a statement for all of you here and be very clear. i was asked
4:34 pm
a question this morning at the leadership gaggle, and i rejected the promise because the answer is, is so obvious. for anybody who doesn't know my, what was stablish, richard on, on this issue, let me be unequivocally clear. a man is a man, okay. and a woman is a woman, okay. and a man cannot become a woman. that said, i also believe that that's what's good for teachers. oh, that's a script that teaches me more information from the ancient book. how does that work? and after the pearl power stands, while you know, uh the speaker that i was just talking about, things like education basic, you know, add biology one on one, a minus amount of numbers. want me to look at the different kittens, pigs, you know, a monkeys and decide which one is male, which one is female? it's quite obvious, right? you'd imagine so in 2024. but that was pre occupying uh, people at the top of the tree in us politics. but just what's not preoccupied to vast insider trading among america's political elite that right. oh yeah,
4:35 pm
absolutely correct to is in the study concluded that during the $24.00 inches where you last year trading members of congress, who would have made up to $1000000000.00 in stock and option crates and toward crude is used here. because the 45 day period in which these politicians are supposed to report the transaction, some had been ignored. you know, their congressmen, the surprised surprise. and that means that the estimated framing you could be and probably was much higher. wow, wow, wow. i guess swap somebody else who hit the headlines over the last day or so i'm gonna call mike gates my gateway had spoken dude and the controversy in the past, but also stood up for a lot of minority interest unpacked. who knows? it may be where you shouldn't a don't argue, because guess, well, my case was on the very few people who actually held the depaula tickled class if you like in the us to task over. it's vast,
4:36 pm
insider trading. basically it's corruption and i guess what's happened. he's been denied access as he attorney general complete, who is and that's why don't you absolutely run the video congress in case offer to take us on a tour of off. so one of the committees where people have a lot of information is the appropriations commission, or you can view almost any factor of government funds. and so, you know, this is mr. rutherford's office. he's on the ethics committee and the appropriations committee. $152.00 stock trades, stock complete go is it is right. you actually bought it the receipt on sa rate the, the rest of the new to the complaint go into that. every american can make some money. set aside the whole shannon and expressions there few more as i wish there were fewer us. don't forget our old friend nancy, nancy pelosi. she also got our fingers a at let's say when it came to making
4:37 pm
a few quid on the old stocks and shares. so has a pearl, my gates misses out on the big job for sticking his nose where he should've done. i'm not talking about the investigations, it's a sexual misconduct. and it kind of gives us a little bit of an inkling that the deep state really is holding on by its fingernails when it comes to hold. the dons a thing, pushes i'd say, to shake things up in the swamp. drain the swamp, and it's all of us into a real swamp critter, a real feature of the swamp. the washington post. basically the c a p or agency. talking about how dangerous republicans are. and they're really, really, really buying into this and have as a, they're going to kill your kids. mm hm. very simple. on the video, you have to be pissy. what do i mean by pepsi? how about this republicans want to kill your kid? it's actually true. don't, don't hold back,
4:38 pm
don't hold back. and while the washington post or contribute as to why she both. uh, basically convince you that the republicans want to kill your children. the democrats probably want to kill them before the war. and there's also being a sort of flurry of the sex strikes from the blue hair brigade withhold our sexual services to a husband. i know they're even talking about regulating ejaculation. yes. when i'm talking about some sort of religious fantasy, we're talking about the women suggesting we're going to stop you. let's say, draining the treasure snake. one of the videos regulated recalculate the results of the tenant pregnant, says the guy who made the comment checked the phase. so it gets ready to regulate my modeling word due to regulate during high will. she can regulate there's a direct relation to this kind of a bit of us. and meanwhile, we didn't start to show this week with the ukranian yukos con, because we didn't want to depressed anybody, you know,
4:39 pm
because the chances of anybody actually get to watch this episode or quite a minimum while i'm increasing by the moment the doomsday clock is kind of elevating towards total of nuclear annihilation. nothing to worry about. and the west has been escalating. asked orm shadow scouts attack. them's, they're really been poking the bear on the bear guess was, woke up, got out of its cave and started to kicks on us. and it was pretty uh for the people on the ground and didn't have a task, but it was interesting to watch run the video. so this is wat glide projectiles from a short range or medium range intercontinental ballistic missile looked like when they hit the ground at a bit, mark tens, which is, let's say a scientific speak for a very fast. and these are you what imagine that you used to, these kind of weapons will be controlled by something like maybe a tracy, the training would the, maybe prevent the use, et cetera, cetera. i'll give you any ideas on that. our thoughts. curiously enough trade,
4:40 pm
there was a trade t o called an intermediate range nuclear forces treaty. but back in 2019 the americans drop that a good work. of course, i can almost hear you them typing away furiously. now in the western media age to the russians, don't have any of these is insanely secret. a weapon, you know, basically it can kick our asses, we will meal issues down, we will be able to stop it because of the problems of my 10. yeah. so i suppose they've already begun that process. so again, it's 5 minutes often to me. so i always let me see you haven't already came up with the article beau, for sure on that all sounds kind of familiar. remember our girlfriend or it's live under lar, remember what she had to say couple years ago now. russia was fight my troubles when stealing from washing machines on the video, or russian military is taking ships from dishwashers and refrigerators
4:41 pm
to fix the military hardware. because there are no send me come back to us anymore, rushes in the suite is in tetra. and of course the, the aftermath of earthly giving us that information which turn it to be completely accurate, right? right. we also believe that a secret images of russia's latest supercedes web, some have been released, correct on the correct mind inside there's gotten to have the same as on something else interesting on an x and the social media is ordinary americans kind of close to messages you know in the comments section of some pretty big guy to eric has to say, hey, hey, russia, listen, i want nothing to do with this. okay, this crazy old the us, the joe biden might want to kill everybody on the planet because he's going to be dead in a couple of weeks anyway. but me, i want them to do it this. okay, give it, give it a couple of weeks. get to january 20th right. when the video of u. s. using this vladimir pulled,
4:42 pm
if you don't mind giving me 2 2nd years of your time, we think it is here. please don't close up behind him. we don't, you are not even his own photo is clear. what are you trying to do? and then all of us try to help you out. yeah. not you the you can blow as model. you don't mind just like, oh, yeah. oh, okay. i drew. he brought to be, i'll just give you 20 voters to this. do just kind of reflect in a real sense of frustration. yeah. across the world. i'm saying people, nobody wants to escalate the show in ukraine, except the people selling the missiles, of course, has been the most go meals. we are very eager to push the boundaries of what is acceptable on a family tv show, like the most school meals a kids. let's have a look at how the darkest corners of the internet have reached into the bells of
4:43 pm
imagination and pulled out this quite remarkable film of them. sort of a, a romantic nature between dawn and kamala, you'll understand, in the 2nd one, the video was actually i do it for organ and die in the nuclear war. what? so please do it with a google. mm. what would you rather die in a nuclear? i'm a get an actual watch that for real. let's not forget the go to sleepy joe before he wandered off into the bushes, as you know, did attempt to, uh start or what the basically, or is he just trying to, very cynically screw up the new administration. um, the big don and the loan and the guy as they come in to the white house, screw up the chances of peace. hard to do when the work is a smoking, car park. no. but besides giving the knock off your attack comes missiles and storm
4:44 pm
shadows from the british and scouts of the french. besides from all the there was something else that was left behind in ukraine. no, no, to was know. as a bit of background, let's remind ourselves of when the knock of you were promised that if you weren't willing to, to give me the money as a gift here me to minus the videos. i'll give you kind of give us, give us some financial support. okay. okay, please give us a credit. it will give you back money. oh yeah. you know, this is the kind of do like that. you wouldn't buy a lawn mower off. okay. no way. okay. cuz you know, when you see a dude on the street like that, who's the take, it's tons of money is corrupt as a you know, you just never see when he again, i guess why, why don't you buy them now? plans to write all 4650000000 of ukraine's depth, and that's not it. so many korean sources quite in their planning for right off the
4:45 pm
hold up, which is around 60000000000. don't say i didn't tell you. so i was kind of not surprising. dad and uncle joe has decided to basically say, you know, keep it, keep the cash, keep that shane shift, you'll see animal. nothing to do with the fact that his son was deeply embroiled with the reason why the energy company getting tons of money for knowing nothing about an oil gas or energy. nothing to do with his own fingers in the pocket of the poor, old ukrainian tax payer and the american tax payer. and you know, there are literally tons of us dollars, literally tons of it getting lifted in ukraine, such as those here at the center for this information. all of you saying that it's x polish ministers on the video and you know, some of them give you the are, which are ordering most. yeah. but for some of you and that's if it's a smoke vape, no, i don't need, you know, where's the store?
4:46 pm
i'm going to use just city, it's one of our was going to have to reach out to you the 50 just for the 50 here says i missed you must be having a problem. you can you believe that 50 percent of the dough? your money is gone on a nice deal, as of course, at the military campaign and you find is going absolutely fantastically, everything is great. okay. the not losing. uh, like, uh, numerous villages every day. the russians are basically moving faster than if, you know, lynn for christie across the plains of eastern you. you're right. it's not, it's all going well. the 1st thing is brians, you know, they've only left 30000 people for their most valuable equipment as well. it's all perfect. it's sol. perfect. actually oregon is that the decided to let people with h i v. yeah, correct. and open to burke. you lost, has joined the ministry because they just want to. right. that's what you guys are in to work. and what was, what was the 1st thing on your mind if you're in your class,

a part show that, you know, luckily for the dude in this video ad, the fun of chasing him was just as bad a shot as he was a runner on the video of the roof. yeah. shooting out of language to escape, so it'll be in the family. this is the k of society royce. but isn't it interesting that all the people talking to freedom and democracy get a sense of the poor. amazing ukraine never did a thing wrong. and i life my ass. these are probably, uh, the center of the, you know, the world of dysfunction when it comes to politics and reality and the best in class. there's gotta be the british, you know, complaining what are care star or must start by russians. what a putrid buster of course, they say they're not involved in the conflicts. not all. this next video isn't an admiral roddic and of the british navy who is actively operating as the commander
4:50 pm
in chief of the ukrainian attacks in the black sea. the rest of the stuff there, paddling the so forget that you've ever seen this video of the essentially a british general admiral sitting down with an arc of your, the british are not in charge. they can nothing to do with this one the videos. uh huh. oh yeah yeah. so basically the british have absolutely nothing to do with anything that's happening in your trying particularly attacks on the black sea face and operating and using all the targeting information and supplying the technical expertise to far the storm shadows. all that isn't happening at all. so when they get kicking the asked by the russians and they will still be victims just to get ready for that . by the way, you train, don't forget the other thing. bridge. there's definitely absolutely never blown up
4:51 pm
. oh yeah, north stream. oh yeah, there's nothing to do. but then that was true ukrainians after thinking about a month. and i'm roll roddic and isn't the only british person spitting around the black say the farmers back in the u. k. l e are doing a bit of spreading themselves, right? absolutely correct. can you see the british farmers are really, really mad that storm or government has introduced hikes to be inheritance tax specifically for the farmers. because you know, you've got to get rid of your own sources of a boat. yeah. and the plan is to make farmers pay 20 percent tax on the phones they get from their father's well yeah. and meaning that a lot of them will be either to force the cell or farms or break them down little small pieces, which are very easily viable by the mega corporations, just like they do in ukraine. very interesting. but of course, the fact that a cure style i just met with the boss is a black rock, as obviously the nothing to do with the fact that he's just like
4:52 pm
a big tax on the cause. all the farmers in the okay to sell all the firms to guess to me, company quizzes, run the video or, you know, i think the farmers are the last hope for your i really think so, you know, toss hardworking it all to take any. i mean, who else is going to go ahead and do this stuff? absolutely, for you. as much as i want to agree with you true. i think the moment the voice isn't going to be get too loud for the british government. they're going to be told to shut up or go in prison. you know, they have so much space freed up for them. yeah, exactly. yeah, yeah. people like it also fair to mean. well, going to jail in the u. k. out of course while, uh, napoleon stammer is uh, you know, talking owner crap about, uh, you know, just about everything he said, uh, exceptionally own popular british prime minister. oh, he has a been an actually decent assembly is during the last,

say 20 years the, all the pharmacists been in the streets uh crime is going through the roof. uh, rape as them are is. and so it goes, gets out 1st, getting released from jail to put the members in for real. what's to take care preoccupied with? yeah, you guessed it, russia, he has a real hard on for the reasons. and you know, she's convinced that we're going us down to 2 or 3 russians or we're, we're part of our more up our purge to far terminal julio again. well, it's funny. and so it's very important with steadfast and also for, for the, for i know it's not important to us media, the issues, mutual workshop to support the financing, what you think your most important. so when you call while including the you people

the war. but the united states was not able to stop the national liberation, struggle of the filipino peoples in 1946. after the decades of the dramatic ordeal, the philippines was finally able to achieve independence. the when i say this is, i mean, the mass, the world bang for the federal reserve, the dollar itself, the swift payment system. all this has become a set of full, a geopolitical instruments. but the west uses routinely and aggressively to intimidate a restrict you know, dominate other countries, the, the,

international criminal court issue that don't go way through the rest flooring school the use way, the prime minister on this for my defense, take their kids to pull crimes committed, find the idea against the palestinian people, the hello and welcome you watching the weekly here on the, on the international with the latest news updates along with a round up of the stories, but shape the week is good to have you with us was daunting in takia where a russian passenger plane has burst into flames off the landing at on tale apples. everyone on board was rushed away to safety with no injuries reported. the russian aviation agency saves an investigation. is on the way i'll tell you is yes and i can is intech. yeah. with more, as we know is emergency services have acted quickly, essentially preventing what could have been a catastrophe in on tell you on what we understand that this given moments we
5:02 pm
understand that emergency services acted quickly and swiftly to put out the flames, which broke out upon which broke out upon landing and on top of the airport. what preliminary report suggests is that the plane, as it was landing because of the adverse weather conditions lined it a little too hard. and the engines made contact with the long way resulting in the flames. but one thing that is good, of course, is the fact that nobody was killed or seriously harmed. as a result of this incidents, we understand that turkish authorities have suggested 89 passengers and 6 crew members have been infatuated when we do understand this course. the situation was, of course, in one sense of the word lucky because we understand that back in 2019 an airliner was approaching and a landing in an airport in around moscow. and it resulted in the deaths of dozens of people. the scenario of course, was not repeated here today. we understand that there are statements provided by
5:03 pm
russian authorities as well and they suggest that they are in close contact with their charges counterparts. we understand that the diplomatic services are offering everything to the account to ensure that the passengers and brushing nationals are essentially tended to that their needs are also taken care of. we also understand that the statements coming out of the target sides suggests that there will be investigations as well. and we're showing that all of these education authorities have also suggested that an investigation is under way to understand the details as to how this accident happened. how it resulted was when one of the things passenger is who explains the incident in detail. in the middle of the flight to antalya, we heard a strange noise. the plane seemed to circle around for a long time before landing. when it touched down, there was a sudden collision, and then i noticed that fuel was spilling out of the aircraft. the emergency services arrived instantly. we realized that something was happening, and then the fire erupt. did the flight crew told everyone to remain calm?
5:04 pm
we gathered by the exit, which was quickly opened and we began to leave the plain. the passengers were more or less calm, although the children were, of course, very scared. so the weeks top stories now, russia has used his newest ballistic missile to attack a military industrial side in you pray is followed washington's decision to green light cubes use of long range weapons to supply russian territory. by the way of putting this, signed off on increasing the new key a capable weapons production for yeah, pretty much it is necessary to establish cereal production of these me cycles. and we have taken the decision to organize and carry out the serial production of the system. so given the particular strength and power of this weapon, it will be put into service with the strategic missile forces. another important item is that in addition to the russian, ic system of russia today has several other systems in the works. according to the results of the tests. these weapons will also go into production. in other words,
5:05 pm
we have a whole line of medium in short range systems. so what i'm going to to russia is a state of the art of rationing miss sock and head talk is with an a 5000 kilometer radius is close to 5 as a hypo slowly weapon sampling at the speed of up to 3 kilometers per 2nd. doing anything with rushes, top military brows, president putin emphasized arrest next unrivalled states, as he said, no existing defense systems a capable of intercepting is. well, let's take a look at a map showing the approximate time it would take over, stick to reach major european capitals. so if it was launched from rush, just kinda posted in your complex projections or the me. so here's an order of them and less than half an hour. for me, us on the office has done this lab corp. they have next further explains the missiles capabilities hypersonic boxed in. so that's about 3 kilometers per 2nd. so the missile cannot be stopped or the naked i can't even try to go so fast. is
5:06 pm
zoomed by somebody, i guess the it'd be pick up some kind of that i have the to speed just like i said, 3 kilometers per 2nd. the soul has multiple launch. has multiple warheads or somewhere between 1011. so is there a radically, all of those could be loaded with a nuclear, uh, uh, the nuclear explosion i want that can be used as uh, several, uh, uh, launch vehicles that are linked where 2 and the rest as deep. but at mach 10, uh, there is no be, uh there is no uh, in the air system, they can swap them. they'll hit any car, get that there a and this is a 1st fuel test, but it's showing that it's very capable it life. is it small hypersonic speeds? any head start on target? all words? the oldest comes all the key of use west and supplies. long range weapons to attack russian territories. outside of the conflict. that is the time comes,
5:07 pm
strike was intercepted while they stole shot. they missed all hated, smoke resulting in some casualties. the american best sellers can travel from 165 up to 300 kilometers, depending on the basel endangerment, most of those neighboring regions, french and british supplying systems to reach the 250 kilometer them off, which puts the find me in peninsula at risk, but some models are capable of striking it a great to range of 560 kilometers. this specific access is given. meaning they could potentially hit the russian capital. president putin has willing to the west of russians, response to such strikes would have, would you recommend that the ruling elite. so those countries that are planning to use the military contingent against russia seriously. consider this, of course of choosing if necessary, and does that retaliatory measure of targets to be hit by such systems as auditioning and ukrainian territory. we will proactively notify civilians and also
5:08 pm
ask citizens of friendly states who are there to leave the danger zone. we will do this for humanitarian reasons, openly, you know, publicly, without fear of opposition from the enemy. also receive this information. why without fear? because there are no means of countering such weapons. today, these missiles attack targets at the speed of mocked in a new that is 2 and a half to 3 kilometers per 2nd. the world's current air defense systems. and the missile defense system of the americans in europe do not intercept such me science or someone else. your doing? you mean while the french president has said there were no red lines in his support for ukraine? he has how. a has not yet launched any french supplies missiles into russia. we discussed this with power space to a political report and laura stone, that is your work on the whole of france is a bit dumbfounded and everyone today is well aware that striking russian territory with storm shadow missiles would be a serious mistakes. and the french realize this, when we see how much the main stream media today tries to a late fears by claiming it's no big deal and we need to do it,
5:09 pm
etc. and if we realize that the population is still very concerned, what happened? inappropriate trust was impressive in france, it was received with helpful consternation. we are caught in a vicious cycle, the west and the americans probably already regret the decision to authorize the strikes. because today, no one has any doubt that russia will respond to each of them in the future. but what should we expect from the negotiations? what will be the main aspect of this conflict? europeans are concerned that the negotiations may take place even without their presence. judging by the current situation, trump won't even need to invite the europeans to the talks with russia. everything that is happening today is a sign of this concern. in fact, europe wants to preserve its right to be present at future negotiations. that's all i can say personally as a journalist about the current situation in the information and political space. well, it's gonna say it's all me is gradually pushing you for any and forces out of the

or food. unfortunately, we're seeing a growing number of malnutrition cases among the elderly and children. there are children in the hospital showing signs of advanced mal nutrition and severe dehydration. we lost an elderly person to mel nutrition and starvation. we lost wounded patients because we lack specialized surgical teams and are unable to perform surgeries tomorrow. who knows who we will lose and this is the reality. once again, i plead with the world to hear these words, and i call in organizations that claim to advocate for humanity and democracy to intervene urgently. there was a dire need to break the siege on northern gaza and allow the entry of the necessary aid, medical supplies, medical delegations, and ambulances. only then can we provide humanitarian services to northern gaza. the bombing has not stopped us throughout the day northern gaza subjected to relentless attacks, whether by air strikes,

artillery or drones. this is the harsh reality. we live in northern gaza and it's an international criminal code, so they should arrest warrens full is way prime. it has to benjamin netanyahu, and his former defense minister you'll have guidelines. the one body determines that both men bear responsibility for a range of war crimes against the policy indian people. with regard to the crimes, the chamber found reasonable grounds to believe that mister netanyahu and mister galani each bear criminal responsibility for the following crimes, as co perpetrators for committing the acts jointly with others. the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other in humane acts. as is a statement claims, there are reasonable grounds to believe nothing. yeah, when guidelines committed crimes against humanity and war crimes between at least october 8th last year and may 20, 2024. when the words were filed,

israel tried to challenge the court's jurisdiction, but the c dismissed these objections. they charges hold then. yeah, 100 gallons. responsible for gas as dire humanitarian crisis, including severe shortages of food, water, electricity, and medical aid. and that is a significant discoloration and legal accountability of minutes. the ongoing conflicts that according to guides us health ministry, has already left over $44000.00 palestinians dad and displaced tens of thousands. here's another quotation from the chord statements. both individuals intentionally and knowingly deprived the civilian population in gaza, of objects indispensable to their survival, including food, water, and medicine, and medical supplies, as well as fuel and electricity. i'm surprised that an attorney at last out of the eyes. this is decision. israel rejects with disgust the absurd and false actions and charges against it by the international criminal court, which is a biased and discriminatory political body. and surprisingly, again,
5:23 pm
the palestinian reaction was starkly different. they probably stayed in a basset or to the u. k. for example. hailed the eyes, this is ruling as a step towards accountability and just as calling for israel to be held accountable and not just full. the full $112.00 days will be ongoing guys a war. but for the $28000.00 days of is really illegal occupation. stage where the government is said to touch old ties with the country's oldest daily newspaper hards. the decision comes off to the state communications ministry, accuse the liberal outlets of quote, damaging the legitimacy of as well and courting for sanctions against is totally the should. the government is severing old ties with the hearts newspaper. the government today unanimously approved the proposal of the minister of communications to all state bodies, all those who are funded by him from the budget not to contact the hearts newspaper in any way, not to publish any publications in it. we must not allow

a reality in which the publisher of an official newspaper in the state of israel calls for sanctions against it, supports the enemies of the states in the midst of a war and is be funded by it. while international bodies undermine the legitimacy of the state of israel, it's right to self defense and actually impose sanctions against it and its leaders, including criminal ones. with the reaction from high rise, the defense of the government called a missed a near or, and he says, the hard line netanyahu government is turning into a dictatorship that doesn't tolerate. so tentative opinions. just another example of the absurd policies that the mcdaniel government is conducting. and that the uh to the detriment of to the very light that they are trying to deny. and that these, the israel is slowly going down the slippery slow offer,

a russian passenger plane catches firewalls on think it took years on tale apples with everyone on who would safely evacuate the story. they say the week it is necessary to establish serial production of these materials. and we have taken the decision to organize and carry out the serial production of the system. there is no counter measure to such a messiah and no means of intercepting it in the world to day. russia had st military factory in you pray to the newest type of solar eclipse. so it was phones to kids, point fine, they supplied west and left the russian defense minister takes up all his troops, commands they've done, so they growing success on the battlefields off of ukraine,

20 plus the international criminal code to issue the loan go way through the rest flooring school the is way the prime minister i this for my defense take their keys to full crimes committed, find the idea against the palestinian people, the hello and welcome you watching the weekly here on the, on the international with the latest news updates along with a round up of the stories that shape the week is good to have you with us was daunting in takia where a russian passenger plane has burst into flames off the landing on tale apples. every one on board was washed away to safety, with no injuries reported the russian aviation agency states and investigation is on the way. i'll tell you is yes and can is intech. yeah, with more, as we know is emergency services have acted quickly, essentially preventing what could have been
6:02 pm
a catastrophe in on tell you on what we understand that this give them moments. we understand that emergency services acted quickly and swiftly to put out the flames, which broke out upon which broke out upon landing in on top of the airport. what preliminary report suggests is that the plane, as it was landing because of the adverse weather conditions lined at a little too hard and the engines made contact with them on the way resulting in the flames. but one thing that is good, of course, is the fact that nobody was killed or seriously harmed. as a result of this incidents, we understand that turkish authorities have suggested 89 passengers and 6 crew members have been infatuated when we do understand this course. the situation was, of course, in one sense of the word lucky because we understand that back in 2019 an airliner was approaching and a landing in an airport in around moscow. and it resulted in the deaths of dozens of people. the scenario of course, was not repeated here today. we understand that there are statements provided by
6:03 pm
russian authorities as well. and they suggest that they are in close contact with their charges counter parts. we understand that the diplomatic services are offering everything to the account to ensure that the passengers and brushing nationals are essentially tended to that their needs are also taken care of. we also understand that the statements coming out of the target site suggests that there will be investigations as well. the merchant authorities aviation authorities have also suggested that an investigation is under way to understand the details as to how this accident happened. how it resulted. well, when one of the things passenger is who explains the incident in detail here in the middle of the flight to antalya, we heard a strange noise. the plane seemed to circle around for a long time before landing. when it touched down, there was a sudden collision, and then i noticed that fuel was spilling out of the aircraft. the emergency services arrived instantly. we realized that something was happening, and then the fire erupt. did the flight crew told everyone to remain calm?
6:04 pm
we gathered by the exit, which was quickly opened and we began to leave the plain. the passengers were more or less calm, although the children were of course, very scared to be weeks tops stories. now russia has used his newest ballistic missile to attack a military. industrial site in you pray, is followed washington as decisions so green line cubes use of long range weapons to strong russian territory. by the way of putting a signed off on increasing the nuclear capable weapons production. pretty much it is necessary to establish material production of these materials. and we have taken the decision to organize and carry out the serial production of the system is given the particular strength and power of this weapon, it will be put into service with the strategic missile forces. another important item is that in addition to the russian x system, a russia today has several other systems in the works, according to the results of the tests. these weapons will also go into production.
6:05 pm
in other words, we have a whole line of medium in short range systems. so what i would to russia is a state of the art, a rationing may sock, and head talk is within a 5000 kilometer radius is close to 5 as a high for solar weapon sampling at the speed of up to 3 kilometers per 2nd. doing anything with the russians, top military brows, president putin emphasize the russian x unrivaled states. as he said, no existing defense systems are capable of intercepting as well. let's take a look at a map showing the approximate time it would take over, stick to weeds, major european capitals. so if it was launched from russia's cup listed in your complex projections, the so it's an old of them and less than half an hour when the us on the office has done this lab corp. they have next further explains the missiles, capabilities, hypersonic boxed in. so that's about 3 kilometers per 2nd. so the missile cannot be stop the nature. i can't even try to go so fast. is zoomed by somebody,
6:06 pm
i guess the inmate pick up some kind of movement that i have to be to speed. just like i said, 3 kilometers per 2nd. the soul has multiple launch. has multiple warheads showing me between 1011. so directly, all of those could be loaded with a nuclear, uh, and the nuclear explosion where they can be used as uh, several, uh, launch vehicles that are nuclear tip and the rest as deep. but at mach 10, uh, there is no be, uh there is no uh in the air system, vic and stop him. no hit any car, get it there. 8. and this is a 1st fuel test but has shown that it's very gabriel. it launch? is it small hypersonic speeds and it hit start on target? all words? the oldest comes off the key of use west and supplies. long range weapons to attack russian territories outside of the conflict. that is the time comes,
6:07 pm
strike was intercepted while they still shot. i missed all hated, smoke resulting and sometimes will tease the american best. those can travel from 165 up to 300 kilometers, depending on the basel endangered, most goes neighboring regions, french and british supplying systems to reach bay 250 kilometer them off, which puts the funding and peninsula risk. but some models are capable of swine can get a greater range of 560 kilometers. if specific access is given meeting they could potentially hit the russian capital. president putin has williams, the west of russia's response to such strikes would have, would you recommend that the ruling elite. so those countries that are planning to use the military contingent against russia, people will seriously consider this, of course. so choosing if necessary, and does that retaliatory measure of targets to be hit by such systems as auditioning on ukrainian territory. we will proactively notify civilians and also
6:08 pm
ask citizens of friendly states who are there to leave the danger zone. we will do this for humanitarian reasons. open the publicly, without fear of opposition from the enemy, also receive this information. why without fear? because there are no means of countering such weapons. today, these missiles attack targets at the speed of mach 10, a new that is 2 and a half to 3 kilometers per 2nd. the world's current air defense systems. and the missile defense system of the americans in europe do not intercept such as science or someone else. your doing, you mean while the french president has said there were no red lines, any support for ukraine? he has how. a has not yet launched any french supplied missiles into russia. we discussed this with power space to a political report, and laura stone, a man is work on the whole of france is a bit dumbfounded. and everyone today is well aware that striking russian territory with storm shadow missiles would be a serious mistakes. and the french realize this, when we see how much the main stream media today tries to
6:09 pm

or food. unfortunately, we're seeing a growing number of malnutrition cases among the elderly and children. there are children in the hospital showing signs of advanced mal nutrition and severe dehydration. we lost an elderly person to mel nutrition and starvation. we lost wounded patients because we lack specialized surgical teams and are unable to perform surgeries tomorrow. who knows who we will lose and this is the reality. once again, i plead with the world to hear these words. and i call on organizations that claim to advocate for humanity and democracy to intervene urgently. there was a dire need to break the siege on northern gaza and allow the entry of the necessary aid, medical supplies, medical delegations, and ambulances. only then can we provide humanitarian services to northern gaza. the bombing has not stopped us throughout the day. northern guys are subjected to relentless attacks and whether by air strikes,

artillery or drones. this is the harsh reality. we live in northern gaza. it's an international criminal code so they should arrest warrens full is way prime. it has to benjamin netanyahu. and his former defense minister you'll have guidelines. the one body determines that both men bear responsibility for a range of war crimes against the palestinian people. with regard to the crimes, the chamber found reasonable grounds to believe that mister netanyahu and mister galani each bear criminal responsibility for the following crimes, as co perpetrators for committing the acts jointly with others. the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other in humane acts as a statement claims, there are reasonable grounds to believe nothing. yeah. one gallons committed crimes against humanity and war crimes between at least october 8th last year and may 20, 2024. when the words were filed,

israel tried to challenge the court's jurisdiction, but the eyes i see dismissed. these infections, they chargers hold then. yeah, 100 gallons. responsible for gas as dire humanitarian crisis, including severe shortages of food, water, electricity, and medical aid. and that is a significant discoloration and legal accountability of minutes. the ongoing conflicts that according to guides us health ministry, has already left over $44000.00 palestinians dad and displaced tens of thousands. here's another quotation from the court statements. both individuals intentionally and knowingly deprived the civilian population in gaza, of objects indispensable to their survival, including food, water, and medicine, and medical supplies, as well as fuel and electricity. i'm surprised that an attorney i left out at the eyes. this is decision is real, rejects with disgust, the absurd and false actions and charges against it by the international criminal court, which is a biased and discriminatory political body. on surprisingly, again,

the palestinian reaction was starkly different. they probably student and bassett, or to the u. k. for example, hailed the eyes, this is ruling as a step towards accountability and just as calling for his role to be held accountable and not just for the $412.00 days will be ongoing guys a war. but for the 28000 days of is really illegal occupation stage where the government is said to touch old ties with the countries oldest daily newspaper hards. the decision comes off with the state communications ministry, accuse the liberal outlets of quote, damaging the legitimacy of as well and courting for sanctions against is top leadership. the government is severing old ties with the hearts newspaper. the government today unanimously approved the proposal of the minister of communications to all state bodies, all those who are funded by him from the budget not to contact the hearts newspaper in any way, not to publish any publications in it. we must not allow

a reality in which the publisher of an official newspaper in the state of israel cools the sanctions against it. supports the enemies of the states in the midst of a war and is be funded by it. while international bodies undermine the legitimacy of the state of israel, it's right to self defense and actually impose sanctions against it. and its leaders, including criminal ones. with the reaction from high rise, the defense of the government called a missed a me a or. and he says the hotline netanyahu government is turning into a dictatorship that doesn't tolerate. so tentative opinions is just another example of the absurd policies that the government is conducting. and that the off to the detriment of fraud, the very light that they are trying to deny and that these, that israel is slowly going down the slippery slope of,
