secondly, i did an extensive outreach to the neighborhood as i always do. i thought at least 50 merchants to sign on. i got the units association to sign on. most of you know that i provide unbiased consensus. i just wanted to say in the end that this block has come a long way. i think this comedy club idea will fit in really well. the entertainment is going really well. >> good evening, commission. i have a new-found respect for

i am one that has been around there forever. i have seen them come and go. wednesday, they have loud music going on right across the street. i'm nervous as well. the noise level is at the front of the house not at the back. i think the people that are posed, at the back. my mother sleeps in the back of the house. most of the noise comes directly from the alleyway and permeates from the street.

it doesn't bother me, i sleep through everything. if they want to do that on thursday night, i don't mind. i have talked to the neighbors, they're happy to have them there. they are two french women that have been taken there. they are all in favor of it. thank you.
