april this is under 20 percent. cvs has d done a lot of outreach. they worked really well with us. had the prior trader joe's done that we would be working with them. we asked those folks for no alcohol there was no alcohol and we asked inform less than 24 hours and we asked for open parking they did that. we asked for loading in the front street and they did that. and we asked for a sign more in line that the neighborhood and they did that.
