to point out. if you look at the last page of the report i know that you may not have this. here is the property and right in front of it is a crosswalk as well as a fire hydrant and this is actually a very important crosswalk, the block between 14th street and bacene is a long block and it is difficult to cross. there are two trains moving down the block and there is a cement, there is a cement curb that runs the full length of the street. and this is the only place where non-able bodied people can actually cross in the middle of the street. i know from experience that people who go to the antique store use that as a loading and unloading place as well as the people who load and unload from the apartment building. so it is my belief that if there is a difficult street

situation, and that this will end up being a virtual, patient loading and unloading area. and that could be very difficult and cause access problems. the two other concerns that i have in my few minutes left are i don't think that any consideration given to the medical nature of the facility and they didn't talk anything about hazard waste disposal or chemicals that are fox i toxic or flammable and thirdly, i want to say that ates real request putting a medical facility in a 1926 wood frame building that is... >> thank you, sir, >> your time is up. >> thank you. >> and i request that goes back to the staff for the study. >> and sir.
