work in our neighborhood through a strong workforce component that were all bay of helping san francisco property owners in renutritional project in their homes. green finance sf is the program for residential properties of 4 ruin u opts or less known as pace. it's a financing structure that will allow san franciscans at no cost to our city st. to have refume upgrades to property homeowners in san francisco. it's the special pinsz that will help prevent energy efficient upgrade and a spreading e spraifd the cost recovery over the life the unit. it will help to finance upgrades

homeownership's that's existed to start the program i want to velocity josephine >> good afternoon, everyone. thank you for being here i'm josephine i'm a member of the small property owns in san francisco and help with the tradition services to the growing chinese folks i'm a homeownership and have been there will 5 years. there or for any homeownership it's the costs that have to be weighed when you ugd. you want to make sure that your personal financial situation works and i don't have to carry a huge debt and burden. right now there are a lot of barriers that exist to make

rerespectable energy up grads to our homes. there are up front costs that stop the upgrades and that's why when i and small property owners of san francisco were contacted by supervisor farrell's office and i was eager to hear about green sf was and how it could make an energy upgrade to my home. and when supervisor farrell's office explained to me >> how it could help property owners i was engaged and ready to participate. the barrier that exists won't be as large when green finance sf gets up i up and running. i looekd look forward to make

the decision and add energy efficient upgrades to my home and he help me save money in finally responsible ways. i'm happy to participate in the program it's good for the environment since it will help out local residents to work. i'm proud the 61 city is taking the steps to refinance to help property owners awhile helping the assignment and community at the same time. i want to thank you again for being here today and i want to thank mayor ed lee and a supervisor farrell for their leadership in getting green finance sf up and running. thank you.
