say -- see that it says to know your rights under the sun shine ordinance. the task force is not doing kind of a threat, this is simply supporting the rights of individuals in the city and county of san francisco. david brooks wrote an article called the responsibilities and i would like to read a very short excerpt. "the heart of any moral system is the connection between action and consequences. today, the connection has been severed in one round after another." i will be at the sunshine ordinance has forced to present my justification or file a complaint against why i felt the sunshine ordinance was violated. i'm curious to find out whether the individuals whose complaints

were filed against will have the moral courage to show up and defend their own actions or whether they will send someone else to carry their water for them which i think is much more likely. it is one thing to have a position on a city body and have some authority and then having someone else try to explain and defend your actions. i believe it is on reasonable to have someone defend someone else's actions. it is unreasonable to have them in that capacity. i believe the more and more than it is not only unreasonable but an act of cowardice. >> next speaker, please. >> welcome. you have this one vote, i have heard.

officer. now, all of a sudden, not a word. let's move on to other issues. we have an officer sitting to the right and left of where you're sitting. this man is on the payroll. this man should be on the streets protecting me. we have enough officers in here. why is he here? to protect the police commission? the sheriff's department takes care of that. actually, the sheriff's department is in charge of city hall? why do we have the officer
