of higher education to meet the needs. for higher education, craig's list is the devolved. a lot of family rental housing -- it will provide some stimulus for the development of new housing. none of it will be utilizing a residential hotel buildings. these are people that like to

we want to look at the development of a facility to ensure that a feasibility study is conducted. there are reasonable affordable housing developments that include child care and them. we know that child care is an afterthought and it is almost always impossible because of state licensing requirements, safety features, access to outdoor space, and they really have to be made up front. i will say that in conjunction, it is the instrument co and development in -- it will be instrumental in developing.

only 51% of families that want child care have access to it right now. and taking advantage of opportunities that exist, we want to make changes to buildings. i have worked with the director of the mayor's office of housing. he is interested in seeing for the purpose of residential units, that we draw a distinction between the development. examples would be the project on church and the commons. the city college and ocean
