that would only be a minimum staffing levels of 15 investigators. also in the 2007 controllers thought it, they pointed out that having a this for probably was not the best tool to determine staffing needs. what should be looked at is the number of cases per investigator to determine what the staffing level should be based on a and. i would say that the $4.2 million budget compared to a $445 million budget
