>> item s, our board members reports. there is actually a couple of items to discuss to bring to the board matters suggestions. we never did a report on who we do the out reach to. we did a report on the joibt space committee and recommendation on anyone who uses our space. we did an update on the move. item five and four are really important. we are going to be, we've instructed the staff to put together the recommendation on the child development center.

we'll look at that in the coming future. the other was the property we own at 1950 missions street. we have been entertaining the idea of having teacher housing. putting together the best use for the property. there's a couple of other times of what we need to do just housing of how we'll build something or do something that will generate a pot of money to allocate to all our teachers to utilize. we'll put something on the
