batteries present safety hazards that make the facilities both undesirable and incompatible with residential buildings in a residential neighborhood. we submitted to the planning commission examples of the warnings from these battery manufacturers and they are included as exhibits to the planning department report for this case. these warnings include unusual fire and explosion hazards, unusual -- explosion hazards, a hydrogen and oxygen gases are produced during normal battery operation. hydrogen is flammable and oxygen support combustion. these gases enter the air through the event caps. to avoid the chance of a fire or explosion, soared -- keeps birds

117 surveyed users, they said the service of at&t is very good. according to 47 people who did the survey, for the at&t

if at&t really want to enhance the signal on 101 and 280 to help those drivers have a good telephone signal, why don't they just ask caltrans and the transportation agency to install those containers right at the highway? we do not have any documented proof. at&t has contact -- contacted the transportation agency to install this equipment.
