on my door, and i unexpectedly had to deal with this issue, and i thought that was inappropriate. i asked the inspector what was going to happen, and he said we will complete the investigation, and you can get the information. i waited six weeks. the inspector refused to give me the e-mail address for the legal division. i then got a hold of someone who gave me the e-mail address. i sent it. i did not get a response, not even asking for an extension of time. finally, after waiting weeks, i've put in request with the

department of records asking them to look into this. they said there were no documents. good earlier this week i got an e-mail from the legal division saying there are additional documents, but they are part of an ongoing investigation. we have not decided whether we are going to prosecute. now they told me there were no documents. they should have told me they were withholding with reason. i guess we will sort it out in june. good >> i can relate to what you were saying.

suspect removed an object he struck with two times. the suspect continued to escape, and mr. sorayano gave chase. he returned, not realizing he had been stabbed. he realized he had been stabbed by a desperately violent criminal. the suspect sprain the same caustic mixture at the two teenagers. as a result of the efforts that night we were able to capture a vicious and a separate criminal but is still in custody awaiting nine felony charges.

had he not been captured, there is no doubt the suspect would have victimized others. i recommend it be presented with a civilian commendation award. thank you. and have the policy recommendation, we have won more award the police department got. it was awarded the best police station. the most colorful posting, these officers work on some of the greediest streets -- grittiest streets. dealing with crime means picking and choosing and keeping civilians save. the tenderloin is a place for families and children as well as people struggling with poverty and homelessness.

the wall. this conjured up memories when the police officers were killed. cat was called to try to establish communication and continued to fire through floors, ceilings, and walls, but the situation became a media -- immediate when the suspect with a fire. -- lit a fire. we did not know how many people have been secured in place. 180 people had been evacuated. goothe decision was made that if the opportunity would present

in control, and they came across a robbery in progress. the suspects were on top of a woman. she was screaming for help. he immediately got off a woman. one officer fired one shot. he was booked on robbery charges, so that was a happy ending. we did suffer three homicides, and two last weekend and one last night. we are working on all three. this brings are incidents of homicides to one more than last year. although i think it is good we are not having a dramatic increase in incidents of homicide, it is disconcerting to have more than one homicides for

me. we are working on that. we made the second arrest in the golden gate park, where the victim was hit by a skateboard, and homicide officers made another arrested in march of this year. when i say we are following up on these leads, we are. may is a police officer memorial week. we never have any of our officers of their again, but i think it is a good chance to show how important they are.

may 15 is texting and driving awareness, so be aware if you do it. it is a major contribution to deaths on the road. we went on upper 24 street. it was well-received. most people wondered if there was a problem. when they found out there was not, they were happy we were of there. we did hold a community meeting the very next. thank you commissioner harry go and -- thank you, commissioner. it was well-received, and i appreciate members of the press coming and putting it out.

we spend some time in dolores park. and we were a of a quiet time program. we are exploring a new program, trying to gueset youth rugby involved. we will see if we can interest sinckids. this should be at no cost to the city. we have the third most in the country, and we do have a tremendous relationship, and tourism being so important it is critical they know we have a relationship and we have new protocols whenever foreign nationals are a victim of a crime or has been seriously

injured. i know the consular general is very appreciative of the policy. she is a nice lady. our graduates program continues to go ontari. we just had our lgbt program. we are gearing up for debate to breakers region -- for bay to breakers. it is an alcohol-free th event. i was asked if i will be running, and i will not be run in. we are doing out of reach.
