closely those are areas that have retail on the lower parts of those stores i'm not quite sure that would be my explanation. my certain is with part in europe residential. and a lot of instances it includes residential areas. in regards to the safe way thing i think at some future time a different use might be a good one model the lot a thank you panhandle it was a b of a parking lot not nearly as large as a safe way parking lot and not nearly used as much but put the structure where you had housing it might workout and make a better use of the land
