exist in a earthquake and floods. so what do we need to do in my opinion. the battles we choose to fifth is architect you are and infrastructure and addressing the processes so we don't keep inventing the wheel. so the resources that we choose to commit to the game those battles our strategic efforts and the tower and the centers network hubs are the people. those are the skills we have between us. when you look at me, you should see two people two hats are the director of the department of technology and traditionally but also san francisco is trying to

bring us together across departments. so fire department, pd, mta and all have a lot of resources to share. the process is needed to be able to deliver. it's a very structured a very disciplined approach. i want to recreate that and, of course, our leadership. yeah, we know did greater good day but we have to be willing to make a sacrifice. first 40 days i won't dwell on that. this is what i spent my time doing. i have to get to in the next month to a lot of you.

since budget season, of course, we've had budget - i mean we've had a ton of documents to read and it would be great to not only the board of supervisors but commission - different commissions like planning and others who have significant documents to read r with an app to be more efficient at our jobs. i know we've talked about this not the app in the past but san francisco it is place where we lead the way. i want to make sure we're looking ways to be better policymakers. i want to put that out there. so with a budget of over $80 million to get there sooner and not later. i want to mention that i would like us to look into our camera

system and our inventy. i know we have dealt with crime because you have our camera we have be able to prosecutor people for violent crime in some cases. i'm not looking to put cameras up all over the place but we do have a number of cameras all over the camera and there's some uncertainty whether those cameras with working or not. having a clear understanding and schedule as to checking on those cameras making sure their maintained and working is something it's important to me as well. i want to let you know my

and it's homes. you say do to the park and do your homework. the amazing thing when you're in san francisco and in this area altogether is there's more than you thought possible. and that's what i like the spirit of it enables things. i can tell you i talked to partners who care about that as well as whether facebook or the google or apple. a lot of folks respond to this on digital inclusion. and we're on process we're tackling that.
