are going well, and some neighborhoods like the mission it's becoming difficult for some long-term merchant and small business owners to be able to for the record to stay in some of those neighborhoods. i feel we annoyed to do whatever we can to help those businesses stay in the neighborhoods. just wondering if, you know, given our background and a experience if you have any ideas in terms of what we can do collectively >> we're trying to wrap up our heads around this we do have commercial rented control. we've had discussions around designating some long-term she valuable community businesses as legacy businesses and perhaps supporting some way to give some kind of break to the landlord to
