of yerba buena gardens festival. our philosophy is that art should be unconsciously available for everybody. this expansion is great for yerba buena and great for san francisco. on behalf of audience and artists we serve i ask the design of the project respect the integrity of the garden and didn't stack away many green space nor make it less desirable for everyone of the intended uses. it's the design of the careful collaboration and a huge amount of public expense. i feel comfortable that the moscone expansion can westbound reached at the same time that the upper public park is maintained. this is really a foyer exit and

years at which it was forged by the moscone himself that it would be a underground facility that wouldn't compromises the investment. the scale of the proposed building violates that commitment and overwhelms the children's garpdz it needs to be lowered by two meeting room floors and shifting that program to third street. the convention center exiting needs to be internal listed and breaching the garden instructor with a shadowy and insecure enhance. and the west bridge needs to stay intact. the design especially

establishes the design by angling away from the convention center the existing bridge keeps the building in the realm and i'd add windy presence of the many convention center expansion. this bridge serves no function for the convention center itself. it's a waste of public funds for eliminating a perfectly good facility and it actually lessons the fatality by abandoning the upper pathway system on the children's block on the privilege that paths should be shared not separate or equal but shared in the skweegd out and the bridge leaves a widower

wonderful and beautiful place. our workers enjoy it very much it's a great place to take a break i speak on behavior of 89 hundred journeymen who produce the city to keeping it a flagship. i'll ask you to support of the expansion of moscone because we are not the only city in the world expanding their convention center. this is a modest expansion. there's shows that love to come here especially in the pharmaceutical and medical conventions. so san diego invites them to come down there and las vegas is also challenging us.

footage frankly it comes down to where you count it. the presentation from todd could is assuming useable green space that's not including the usable plan space and it's not including any of the - a number of the areas. the actual net public space increases. the net public green space i have not done the circulation it's similar. we have presented to the community garden choices. we bring backlight learning garden and show the neglected corner of that garden and the sundial garner next to it and paving over part of the presidio

without the circulation benefit our proposal will allow that mid block crossings to move the shadow out into the light of day and talking to those users they want to highlight and show this to those the community and have it be more visible and to create a n a n a new multi space so i as a parent can go and my older daughter can go down the slide and my younger date can play in a different lot and i can see them both. we're working to accommodate that and your notice of presentation has been noticed on the eir but those are details
