i'm sorry today, we had a holiday so i didn't get anything into the binders the report is short. i want to let the commission know as of march one have a new city attorney assignment and so we were happy with our last city attorney a deny their shuffling things around like they do every year or so, so our new city attorney been francesco can i don't see here today but hopefully, she'll attend in the near future so you'll welcome her. we use the city attorney has sparely as possible but she has experience with the board of appeals so that's important.

i think she'll be a great asset she worked with us on the america's cup appeal the hearing on late night transportation i brought up previously that was called by supervisor wiener. i have a file number now if you want it was just the request for hearing. it will be at land use on march 24th to until that agenda is finally published it can be changed and it's for the mta and bart and ac transit and all the transportation network company from the taxi industry. i know we had spoken about having a hearing here and

for the national preservation for the legacy bars and restaurants project. i don't know if you all are familiar with the project but background we launched this initiative in january of 2013. the current threats to those types of legacy establishments have been in operation for 40 years or more and have significance cultural to the industry we've seen many typical tools like landmark designation proved insight to raise the awareness of those businesses. we've had a successful year including partnership with the entertainment commission and the mayor's office in announcing our

third round at the event in pseudo beach. we have printing of a self guided walking tour map and a book with hay day and we've it's been a tremendously popular initiative it's been suggested we should apply for the honor awards and it should come from the entertainment commission. it was my request to jocelyn today and she suggested i come down here and answer any questions you might have >> so it's not the building but the business? >> that's right. >> and though side this help or save the business we all know what happened to the gold dust.
