amount is increased by $1.5 million as the department has testimony and that would be from a $26 million to $27.5 million the contract between the puc and hdr for the peninsula region projects. on the bottom of page 31 shown in table one on that page the proposed budget for construction management services for the crystal springs san andreas transmission project increase of about 5 million from previously proofed budget of $11.3 million. this is offset by savings in other projects and that is shown again in table 1. on page 32 of our report we note that the proposed resolution contains a reference to a contract option to extend the term by 2

years. that was inadvertently included. therefore our recommendation to amend the proposed recommendation to extend the contract by 2 years and we recommend you approve the resolution as amended. regarding item 8, i should state, on page 35 of our report we note that the peninsula pipelines upgrade total project budget approved by the public utilities commission is $42 million, 42, 9300 and that is listed on our report. the listed requested funds on page 10 on the construction funds in water revenue bonds which were previously fwrieptd proerptd
