around noah valley for many, many years now. i think when we're talking about the opposition it's a beer garden there have been neighborhood who have complained about noise but i have lived near the bar at the 541 elizabeth street i didn't hear noise. i heard a lot of owners saying in the backyard was open it might effect their property values but in terms of noise there was no noise. i think the conditional use this could be resolved in a very opportunity ethnic way.

i've enjoyed the bar garden you can fwlaen information it's not just ordinary folks those are folks who have been contributing to the exultant. when i sit back there and listen to the tech folks you're almost on the cutting-edge of technology (laughter) and after awhile individually just by listening to people you can make relevant and significant decisions. i hope you look at those people those are fine folks they're not gangsters they've done some things with their lives and, of course, we're also going to be core dale to the neighborhood

especially my duties are most libel to be out in the yard and we need to have the windows open to cool down the house. a couple years ago my daughter started committed on what we were hearing my older daughter said i'm happy to go home expect for the bar she said the yelling sometimes made her afraid. she also said when she was in bed she couldn't read. in her bedroom the windows are not operable those are yells she could hear from the double pained glass windows. i was to mention one day both my

daughters ran through the yard they heard the f word and others. i had my daughters birthday party in the yard and became concerned about the language. although the music and noise and yelling has been awe envying over the years those recent comments that make me feel concerned there about this application and the yard is a two-story concrete wall and the acoustics amplify the sound and it's inerratic and or obscene. i feel a daily noisy bar is inappropriate for the residential backyards because
