resident of san francisco. i reside at the all-star hotel which is an s-r-o hotel managed by the largest housing services contractor in the city, the tenderloin housing clinic and randy shaw. i'd like to bring to the board's attention a matter which i consider to be fraudulent, collusion between the san francisco human services commission and tenderloin housing clinic. tenderloin housing clinic is in violation of its contract with the city and it has been since october 12th of 2012. there is an order of abatement on my hotel, the all-star hotel located at 16th and folsom. and that has been in effect since 2012 -- since october 2012, excuse me. i went to the human services commission meeting before they approved the grant approval, grant modification approval a
