will be secured by the event promoter themselves. basically for cities idea is to invite people to the waterfront and generate excitement and allow people to access the site. this is what four city calls their project zero. as you may recall from the various presentations they have a particular approach to the projects their working using some of the experienced they've gained from the 5 m projects they're to activate the ground floor and invite other types of users to the ground floor spaces activate the area as earlier to build the projects and this is

the 5 m project where a lot of the art events and the food making event and the makers fairs and the tech folks have developed a in what capacity to the neighborhood and building that yahoo has signed a new 70 thousand square feet lease we're hoping that type of you excitement in utilizing building 12 can bring that enthusiasm to the pier 70 project. i may recall they had their first project they had over 5 thousand attendees with local makers in the event overall was a huge success a lot of enthusiasm about the opportunities that exist within powering 70. and then again in october of

2014 four city with their event sponsor put on go ship during the day for children and families in the neighborhood and during the evening was for daughters. for those events four city used the opportunity to get the input on their project and for the go ship a lot of the staff went down to see how it was operating ken from our homeland security team went down and wanted to see the site safety and was impressed by the plan. some of the key license terms with four cities expecting between 70 and one hundred events and they may have

facilities on the premiums and they'll pay a $2,400 a month fee for the staff to support of event. the revenues a lot of the expenses will help in the predevelopment costs and the revenues will help to pay back the trees development that will help. and effort city has worked to retain a partner which is peter and george there's the ones that put on the go ship on halloween and run similar events that are highly recommended to the board. lastly effort city will have a permit for entertainment that allows them to take advantage have special events and as part of that securing the place of

entertainment permit they need to do significant outreach to the community including working with our regulatory partners including the police department and fire department but working with the neighborhood groups to make sure that the event are managed properly and sensitivity to the community. some other key license terms include their subject to the waterfront boufgs and benefits policy. they've agreed to host 5 free community events every year and additionally their event managers have indicated they're willingness to utilize local businesses and four city will provide security all the times to the facility and be responsible for the premises

during the use of the event a they've agreed to share access where the tenant like american storage will be operating off 22nd street but roche when there are large event 22nd street may need to close and make sure access is provided. and then brad working with other port staff has established a tentative extremely process based on the america's cup permitting process and where it minimize the staff times required to approve the event and one of the benefits of using a single event manager you retain the contingent of the event sponsor and they become familiar with the folks.
