mateo county and alameda-contra costa couldn't we don't need to be the supervisor for the entire area in the state is demolition or doing the job they should somewhat regulate the dispensaries i read in the report there are only 9 thousand plus registered card holder in california for medical marijuana it's a low number the math we should only be about one hundred plus actually, the report said there's more like 6 hundred and 16 thousand yourselves of marijuana and probably 16 thousand in san francisco. we have to look at this on a board scale and not just look at

one individual neighborhood and whether somebody has to travel a mile or mile and a half to get their supply of medical cannabis and almost all the pharmacies are allowed to have pickup so long as the person is a card holder and i think i don't know if there was my allowance for mailing but at least have someone pick it up if it's a a probable for mobility. that's some of my concerns. in regards to some of the issues the other thing the staff didn't mention is the ogden memo and as everybody knows the federal government said in 2009 enforce the the medical use of marijuana for the states that allow

medical cannabis, however, if the dispensaries are trafficking and supporting gangs and criminals with money they're selling to non-card users involving any firearms or driving under the influence that's important this maybe some of the reasons there being a shut down i don't know the justification the department of justice has had but they made a list of suggestions to enforce the allowing law i enforce the double parking although there are many times in the city it's not enforced for other things if you go anywhere there is double
