three patrol officers are available because of vacancies and vacationed and absence. next year is an opportunity to there the park rafrngz on january 1st of 2015 the stadium will transfer to the mass development of candle stick park. and due to the closer the 6 positions stations at the park will be resigned to neighborhood parks. by simple revising the staffing model the department will be able to have more like 25 percent of officers. any future increases in the park staffing will lead to any other service requests throughout the city. based on an initial rec and park estimate it will cost

owned by the slarlts that are by the dirty dozen it will go into effect 90 days because we want to give the controller the time to calculates the market rate of units. at this point we thought it would take longer but since then the controller has done the calculation and we believe it's no longer necessary to have the additional 90 days. teddy and the city's chief investment doesn't need to time. we need to protect people as quickly as we can i ask to

remove the amendment to leave the words 90 days after on page 3 line 3 change the 90 day period for 89 days for the rental payment schedule on page 3 and to delete subsection 3. if there's no reason to delay the implementation for the additional 90 days as was the case previously we should enact this for the people that are phasing eviction they benefit from the changes that are embedded in this legislation. by making this amendment the ordinance will go into effect thirty days after the board of

today, i'm - you guys can come up on. i'm honoring two terrific district a residents who have transcribed significantly to their neighborhood and park specifically bonding invest and specifically richard and bob. and just having you guys here to thank you for your services i know will not end but will shift into a new mode. bob was born and raised and lived across in bonding invest park and the other gentleman since 1986. theirs transmittal institutions. as the treasurer of the bonding

invest neighborhood they've made huge contributions to the neighborhood. as of this year it will be in its 50th year around bonding investing park including 4 hundred households their members of the neighborhood association. b b n a w originally formed to successful propose a helicopter pad at the hospital it's now the daily hospital. other b b n a highlights are considerable neighborhood entity to the st. joseph's how hospital and bona investing work and we

know we now have a renewed energy and i look forward to working with the neighborhood and move in a positive direction. richard and bob h have played a huge roll-around bonding investing park and supervisor breed is familiar with the wonders of the park it's a huge park and it's a very large park and actively used in a difference way. but thanks to richard and bob service and the work of many in the neighborhood we moved are a highly successful erosion

control project with a broadway featuring it attracts many visitors and i've had the pleasure of going to those volunteer gathering people are absolutely dedicated to the park there's a diverse array of people there are concerts and help for local neighbors who save the roosevelt projects and traffic issues this is a been a continuing source of controversy but you guys have done a fantastic job and being tenacious supporters for the potholes and getting those

things fixed and richard has an ongoing relationship with the pg&e and making sure that company fuels it's obligations. it's been a pleasure in my time in office to be able to work with you two and the organization. i can you're not going anywhere but after more than a decade of service you get an a you are entitled i'll not call it a break but a slight step back and on behalf of the board of supervisors i really want to thank you for your service i know that supervisor breed has comments >> thank you supervisor wiener. supervisor breed >> and supervisor wiener beat me to honoring you when he told you you were going to be stepping back richard i was wondering who was going to take

i want to especially thank supervisor wiener for his incredible support since you were elected and moss more recently supervisor breed it's been a wonderful opportunity and supervisor wiener represents 80 percent of our district and supervisor breed is right on the they were bored and been supportive i can't emit another supervisor. i've met so many wonderful and dedicated and talented members of the family certainly with the rec and park department people throughout the chart of people from senior to the apprentices and also san francisco police department park station with the leadership which so many

wonderful captains over the years and servicing on the citywide board with the command staff. especially share this honor and it's really due to the neighbors especially our buena vista association members that send in the checks that bob processes and all the volunteers that we've hosted over the years. it's an honor and i hope we leave a little bit of good things behind and look forward to continued prosperity for buena vista (clapping.) >> i want to second what richard said i want to thank you it's quite an honor we didn't
