phone complaints one from mr. those good and one from ms. hefrt emaciating from the regents. i had a street supervisor speak with mr. twong and subsequentially i went out and met with mr. twong he can't have any form of entertainment during the late hours he had to pull the appropriate entertainment permits. at which point in 2012 he pulled two one night permits. which ass so far as my knowledge there were no calls for service and no complaints. i did a commuter check important the last month's for the one 31

stuart street and there was one call for service. and that was in 2013 unrelated to it was an altercation involving an employee and patron i have no other records of disturbances and not received any calls or e-mails in regards to any form of complaints. >> nothing received march 15 the appellant indicates they've made a complaint on that date. >> in regards to march 15 i have a counterpart assisted

record. of an incident that occurred the actual address was stuart and mission. if you bear with me one second. the complainant was mr. those good. and this incidents where he apparently per the cad he respect to the premises anothers 31 stuart street there was an altercation involving security and the police were called out the report from mr. those good wanted a one of the security guards cited for being battery by one of the skukdz and the security guard mr. those good

sited for trespassing they had a private party so at one point the responding unit they rectified to medical and saying he was pushed. that's basically the information that i have >> thank you. i don't know i guess. >> i just wanted to mention that many of the concerns that the residents brought regarding smoking and noise outside by having a permit we're able to ask the applicant they will get a notice of violation if not in compliance with the good neighbor policy any garbage they

have to clean up. as part of the outreach regents submitted a number of letters one was from the hotel grich i was a little bit spriensz to see that. i was too excuse me. can you refresh some of the standards you'll hold no non-trofrns of the sounds >> the actual sound test measures the amount bins sound on the street and can't be 8 decimals above ambient so if outside the ambient sound was 65 anything over 73 is out of compliance. it can be as loud as you want

than the appellant out of 4 hundred tenants in this building. and then on the streets, in fact, so that to me is significant as well as the fact that the video shows some noise but it's unclear whether it's patrons from other facilities as well as the permit holders facility that's unclear to me. it's also i guess i'll note it's speeding it's an exceptional situation all over the city in terms of noise. i didn't see any contrary report on the sound emissions presented by the appellant to dispute the report presented by permit
