point at something that i think that should be on an open for discussion, the letter that was sent to regarding the complaint tonight states, however, if any party fails to appear and the commission did not grant a continuance or reschedule under 1.eand then the commission may make a decision in the party's absence. >> i watched you go through this derm on strong about the, and is it fair to mr. ginsburg, did he get sufficient notice, whatever happens to be, and yet, i don't see you having any problem at all, if the city shows up, and the complainant does not show up, and having a hearing, in their absence. you did it tonight, and you did it to me, last week. and it was done intentionally.

i let the sunshine ordinance know that i would be out of the state from the fifth to the 25th months ago. they reschedule a lot of my sunshine ordinance complaints because of that. and i will be honest with you i think that it is really bizarre that this was sent to me and to you on march the third, and i was not sent a copy of the referral and then on march the 5 thing, the evening of the day of the day that i left, you put in an announcement out saying that there is a hearing on the 24th which is the day before i returned. do you really think that any party, to a hearing is going to consider you to be a fair body, if you simply go and have a hearing in their absence? would you think that it was a fair hearing, if you had some sort of a hearing and they did it and you didn't know anything about it and only came back to find out what happened after the fact? especially when it was so
5:32 pm
blatant and announcing it on the day that i leave and holding the hearing on the day before i get back, what kind of chicken... is that it is nothing but co-ward ess, it is because you have someone that always comes to the meeting and that is what makes it more aagree gus in my mind and i was here in the month before and he made the comment that mr. hartz you have spoken more than anybody tonight and when i do come to these meetings i always do speak. and the idea that i would intentionally and knowingly miss that meeting is just bizarre, and mr. st. croix, made no effort at all to contact me, or to determine why i was not here just as he did with the complainant tonight and i would not be at all surprised if this gentleman did not find out tomorrow that he had a hearing on his case tonight. and you are going to sit before the citizens of san francisco, on television, and tell them that you are a fair body? and i will read you the section of the good government guide that talks about that.
5:33 pm
>> mr. st. croix, could you reiterate for the record what notice was provided to mr. hartz. >> it was e-mailed on march...t.
5:34 pm
>> is there a motion to adjourn the meeting? >> so moved. >> second. >> yeah. we need the public comment on that. >> public comment on the motion to adjourn. >> no. >> okay. all in favor? >> aye. >> opposed? >> none, the meeting is adjourne
