the use of pdr use without question everyone understand the historic significance of the building but there was a lot of discussion about the pdr conversion in a positive and negative sense but i think it's interesting to note that most of the comments were in favor of the looked designation that includes the tenant perpetrate there were a few public comments in opposition but the majority were in favor, however, at the end of the hearing the land use committee felt more discussion needed to occur between the property owner and the existing tenants to be continued to july we have offered technical assistance for the upcoming meeting and will keep you posted
