>> welcome to the san francisco bay area super bowl 50 host committees progress update. please welcome to the stage our master of ceremonies frank (clapping) thank you, everybody and getting up nice and early for me we get up at 2:30 i'm the morning anchor that is near and dear to my heart as super bowl 50 host committee kickoff today and, of course, it was a little bit over the year ago we sent a committee out and they've been working on the foxburrow to bring this game back to the san francisco bay area this is the golden anniversary game the super bowl 50 so it's such a big event and

played in a brand new stadium with the 49ers ready to play their season down at the santa clara levi stadium we've started on unofficial count down we're one year and 8 months and two days a away we're 6 hundred days and hours 14 thousand and 88 hoirgz away it's a long ways away it's such a great opportunity for the bay area to showcase what a great place to live here in santa clara and the bay area but all over northern california and wine country and tahoe we're going to be showcased on a global platform come february 7th in 2016 a lot of work to be done and a lot to

keith thanks for your leadership and happy to have you on board i'd like to give you a sneak peak on two initiative one is nfl business connect that is a business development that offers procurement for local small businesses it's something the unfortunate unfortunate is very committed to its our notion in the a community wide event the program enables small businesses to do business with the nfl during the time of the events and to work with the host committee and second and what's near and dear to my heart has been mentioned it announcing our legacy funds we're calling it the 50 funds this will be a separate 501-c 3 to disburse the 25 percent to invest in high
