with the tenants. the project sponsor mentioned 8 tenants total displacement lost i disagree with that, i think there will be more tenants lost and don't believe that the i believe that the market has con transacted die to the downturn of the economic placate but it's coming back the journals and perils have indicated this contraction that the project sponsor is describing happened across the country and the industry but has documented it's coming back and i believe that definitely to be the case.

allowing office and landmarks is for its to retrofit but this market is through the economic downturn so that isn't the spirit of code it isn't the spirit of landmarked legislation. i agree there, there has been an loophole and i look forward to closing that loophole to modify this parking lot part of the code and critiquing create a carrot that the building developers will create for pdr space. i've expressed my discomfortable public library and prifg with the thought of occasional obligating the previous office
