and elevators and penalty houses commissioners, that places you under president reports and announcements added but if you look at telegraph hill from affair or close up it's a fine-grain mediterranean village when people look at that hill from surrounding areas they're looking at something special that's why visitors look at the view. a view a mediterranean village rivals almost anything not world to so a wall that large and the residential view corridors is not necessary. if you look at any hill town or fine-grain urban design building step downward with the slopes although it steps along the telegraph hill side it doesn't

step in the south ward direction towards the downtown or other southern have you corridors and there is no reason why it shouldn't like any project there are many ways to design a building a stepping way to the south is just as much value as project that don't we see projects in marin county and dwreez and italy and are respectful adherence provides opportunity for decks and patios and terraces which are equally as valuable for a high-priced luxury real estate as a room. so that in this particular site there are many, many options that could be study. the impacts of the construction are very, very significant it's

the west of unit 3 and if they pulled the unit back just a few more feet they could introduce windows on that facade and better set back the top floor now this that golden gate bridge views you've got light and air it would make the unit nicer but my interest if you're seeing the view as you come up the boulevard you'll see the skyline you don't want the space after around the curb but if you aggregate all the possible openings that the project can tolerant and agree gate them too the cottage and the project you might open up a corridor and certainly open up light and air
