extension on 4 and kick street to the new transit center the tjpa is responsible for the operation of the transit center and number 2 department is transit neighborhood on approximately 10 acres of property was formerly owned by the state of california with 3 million space as well as new plaza and streetscapes the revenue jargd has been pledged to help fund the new transit center and downtown extension and 335 percent of the housing are affordable to low income and others he lead the amendment for the south of market department
