other sfmta staff to create 3 hundred housing unit which attracted more folks to the corridor and this is for new and existing property owners he lead the adaptation of the transbay project area including writing the redevelopment plan and report to the board of supervisors. and overseeing all fire engine and land planning for the funding for the transit center and the affordable housing projecting program the highest affordable housing plan every all of which was adapted in 2005 that is having 3 primary goals to construct the transit center to that the center and a rail

extension on 4 and kick street to the new transit center the tjpa is responsible for the operation of the transit center and number 2 department is transit neighborhood on approximately 10 acres of property was formerly owned by the state of california with 3 million space as well as new plaza and streetscapes the revenue jargd has been pledged to help fund the new transit center and downtown extension and 335 percent of the housing are affordable to low income and others he lead the amendment for the south of market department

plan increasing the amount of funding and extending did term for 10 years starting in 2006 he lead the construction process for the straight improvements on sixth street including installation and widening of new situation and others projects he led the open space sxept plan proved in 2006 to improve fulsome street within the transbay neighborhood dlug a new park and freeway anarchies and he served in 2007 assisting the transbay joint powers authority on the transit power in 2008, he led the site planning planning

and section process for many blocks in the transbay planning area including requesting are r requests for proposals and reviewing the projects for or with a combined total of 15 hundred market rate and 15 affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals completed in 2013 and generating hundreds of thousands of money for the tjpa. he assisted the tjpa in closing a hundred and $71 million finance and innovation loan for the transit center in 2010 and worked cholesterol's with the toppling to adapt the district plan in 2012 resulting in tight limits on parallels around the center and new impact fees in
