had an opportunity to hear about wells before i worked with him when i worked at the city of berkley he heard his reputation and we both ended up in ocii and before i worked ever on candle stick point hunters point shipyard we got to work on the islander base plan that's when everyone a lot of people here i see know wells expertise and real estate market but he's amazing and a community group settings. i'm going to keep it brief he is, you know, we get a lawful here but hiss he's amazing in a community meeting but in the
