the disparities of black leadership team with the grievances of san francisco black community. i have a few comments about the educational disparities the disparities are well documented and well standingors are the facts black students range the lowest in district improvements and they have the lowest graduation rates and the second highest groping drop-out rates and they experience low poverty awhile only 10 percent of black kids make up the 10 percent of the san francisco population they have the 50 percent of x punks we have a responsibility to work collectively and collaborate on how to level the
