community for the city and county of san francisco our our health care every line was to pay for the sex change operations that was not what we were doing i'll give you an example if you're an transgender employee of the city and county of san francisco and you needed a psychiatrists treatment a mass he can the city wouldn't pay for any of it it if you were a non-transgender employee that they pay for all it wasn't fair and right simply because we hadn't done the studies to see the minor costs to the county to allow for equal access for the health care for all of its employees including it's transgender employees we put that cerebrolaw here in san
