replace the restroom building despite the multiple efforts during the planning phase it was appealed in 2013. the permit appeal was primarily based on the historic status of restroom building although the project rested a categorical thing they identified the restroom building as being constructed under the dpa building it required the features of the building rather than involving the arts commission to further delay the project the department is to renovate the building thereby keeping it's original features

it's necessary to terminate the construction contract per section of the general conditions the rec and park department respectfully asked the contract with a retroactive date of 2013 in regards to the post costs prior to the the course of this trial the contract was work that was completed including the work involving mobile shin and partial construction subsequent to the project 57 thousands of work was completed of interior demolitions and hazard demolition and material purchases including the tile that will be turned over to the

residents next to some time. the restroom was built in 1990 and quickly became the most uses restroom in our public parks. in under the 2008 bond the restroom task force evaluated the restroom and recommended to increase the capacity. through community meetings we went through a planning process and recommended replacement of the restrooms in order to increase the capacity. on the overhead okay. our images of that restroom building that was designed and approved by this commission and the arts commission that is the modern interpretation of chinese architecture it is increasing

the men's room from 4 to 6 and the women's from 2 to 6 and recreational use. the estimated cost of the project at the time of the commission approval of the time was $800,000 plus we put the project out to bid twice. the first time was in may of 2014 we received bids four bids the bids expedite our project and the average was $1.47 million the high costs for the architecture metal work and the c m u this is what the building is comprised of we looked at creating all of the elements in the project
