salaries of my staffer this is the reason why i can't support this item the cost of cola or cost of living we don't have control over how those few minutes are specifically used number one and number 2 although it is an important thing we do throughout the process the budget process and fought how to spend money it's important to support nonprofit organizations doing the important work to serve our community but not taking it out the context of the budget process especially commenting ourselves to someone we have two colleagues that are running two colleagues that won't be here next year and we as members of the board trying to meet in obligation i think we should try but this legislation not to be brought back and use asia tool to say you've made a
