there's been 3 documents those 3 documents span over 48 years in the disparities of blacks in san francisco still exists. enough is enough and we are here to work with you not against you but at the same time, you must be willing to address the disparities that exist around employment, poverty, poverty, blacks represent 24 percent of poverty yet we still only represent 6 percent of the population any public comment? 71 percent of blacks are extremely poor and address the housing authority and the prioritization avenue what's going to happen in 2015 because of white corporate companies coming in and going to run the san francisco housing authority
