11:11 am
several recreations some of them were changes including single-family homes and including other loans from housing and placing the planning department in monitoring position it didn't host platforms to report the number the day's to the city on the number of nights rented and other recommendations we having some have a more contestant of the schedule heard on september 5th that concludes my presentation. i'm happy to take questions >> commissioner antonini. >> thank you for your report perhaps sometime in the future we can get a report on the transbay district we have had discussions on the actions and once it's occurred or moving forward we don't have jurisdiction i'll be interested

11:15 am
illustrates two points our consideration and input to the board of supervisors will be quiet critical. if you take the numbers contemplated in the report you've received from the planning department that are pending projects and projects anticipated to be applied into the process for about a two year or year and a half pending projects should be able to go forward >> after that the impact hits and the point of this chart to tell you you can't approve when was already anticipated by the department until the year 20024. that's the first point i want to make that's in this chart. and that's if anyone else
11:16 am
applies for anything between now and 20024 this is obviously not the case over and over hopefully not the case. i've illustrated the small cap which was something that was diced in order to protect small property owners but they couldn't compete with the confirmations of the consolidation navigate - in fact, i did the first under prop m but the problem is there's consistently been over one million square feet available and that some fixed of the small cap is necessary as time goes forward. i know those are difficult things to manage because they're in the public realm for public vote but i think the commission
11:17 am
needs to focus on the real facts of the impact and the clngsz of what is going on right now >> thank you. >> the following is american people entirely conceptual yet may share some significance energy leadership troment our core. richard you said i realize the people are gold mines and the details you share with everyone he helped them to relax and gave me those are what i call an anti leader. indicating biotic leader i explained that at the cell level user first to the breakdown of complex molecules we're talking
11:18 am
about some persons cal olympic or anti bovk biotic we're making a statement will constructive services who is made up not only of individual cells with you also thoughts beliefs and behaviors and those are an energetic force so you can have indicating biotic and the other in a cell in an organ of the body such as the nervous of digestive system those energetic processes have been in organizations as well as in people richard was experiencing personal staff and company indicating biotic by constantly respond 80ing with their circumstances with worry and fear and doubt people are
