were waiting for his motto arrive and there will be no further identification of the suspect because he's a juvenile. very sad and this particular young man the victim was known to the police department he was in the summer jobs program. so thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. commissioner, i asked me about an update of planned parenthood days after the supreme court overturning the buffer zones in jim june after an initial uptick in issues and concerns of the planted parenthood there's been two meetings we've strictly

part of my report whether be part of what commissioner turman had lecture about the nature of the 36 complaints we sustained to date last week and in those 36 complaints we've stewardship 84 go allegations they are multiple officers or multiple alleges of the 34 allegations 53 percent were neglect of duty and 35 for unwarntd action and another 8 percent conduct regretting discredit and the remaining 34 percent of the electrocardiograms were 3 allegations one for necessary force and one for sexual slur
