complaint across on alley a situation i thought had sort of resolved after a couple of visits to macy's involving a meter after this complaint it came back from a extended vacation the noise continued i advised the repositioning of a couple of speakers and buffers and overall reduction in base and volume and went out the following weekend for a sound tested it was apparent things decreased we did a test open the resident home and went back at 11 o'clock at night and released the problem p had deceased so

mission street had their door open after 10 o'clock of visioning vision code i've talked to one of the owners to keep the doors closed he agreed to keep it closed the cutoff point i was enforcing on nevertheless, i witnessed the door open 3 more times and a subsequent noise complaint they've been in compliance but an ongoing issue another thing hotel rec they've had un3ri789d performances i went by to make sure they need to go through the

permit process and come into compliance same thing with mad dog and the fog on eight street same thing with wine bar on 1408 market street complaints we've had a couple of complaints the more not able ones they have a day party well a regular operation by the day party is come under our scrutiny because of patrons possible patrons urinating in alleys and i went by on the 7th of september i went by 3 times i went by one time in the middle of the night and sunday after during the day party to identify

any other patrons, you know, urinating in the alley i didn't see that but i saw transient traffic it wasn't a good day to perform the intersection because people were watching the 49ers game we're going to monitor that situation sorrow another issue is a fight complaint so on and so forth and basically, i reached it to the seller to the about making sure they send their internal issues so we can detriment the basic police reports what happens at night life so i talked to security and they've been ccing me on

internal reports that's on ongoing issue i've performed several deliveries of venues i'll space spare you the details it's in the notes one other thing to report on a project that was cast to me and shawn by executive director cane and basically director cane thought it would be a good idea to come up with a better reporting system to report our activities whatever so basically, we came up with this was a project initiated by inspector burk we came up with a collide base database system we use we use insightly a database cloud service we use every note and we

use four square for check ins and web automation to check and we use i f t t a company on market street so basically this allows us to be really careful in how we develop information and report information and it has a minimal impact on the city in terms of costs we don't need a laptop that's something that has been feveng for us so basically, i just want to say we're basically in in addition to creating a system that works good for reporting we're supporting the local technology
