>> hi, again. steven cornell. i had a talk and one of the things that have come up and i represent polk street and it's seemingly on the b rshst and seemingly on northeast mission merchants areas, they don't have any studies of economic impact on what they are going to do. i think that's something that this commission might want to look into. they have environmental impact, it's required. i think they have one other study they have to do, but the idea that they don't have to do any economic impact on what's going to happen to the neighborhood, the businesses are out there, i think it's outrageous. it's something that we've brought up to them over time and their
