1:08 pm
maybe it's included in the good neighbor policy when i looked like it the one of the proposal the applicant shall manage the outside of the mad even lane not blocked by the patrons i responded to calls there a there have been large crowds and by fresno it's hard to get but for a mr. star let alone for a joe average citizen i was looking at the good neighbor policy it talked about the sidewalks maybe? splitting hairs but talking about the sidewalks nothing about the street broadway, of course, they're not going to be out in the street because of the traffic but those smaller lanes maiden lane a lot
1:09 pm
of times people are not in the street because of scars maybe this is splitting hairs i want to make sure the management knows we want to keep that open for one responding units and somebody is getting off work wants to leave their position and not have to horizon a horn to get people to move and cameras to maintain and install and maintain the cameras and if any special events like a new year's eve party this is so we can plan according i'm planning a list for halloween to get an ideas of venues for the allocation of resources. >> this is a po e so therefore it is different than the limited live so those apply much more to
1:10 pm
a po e there's more intention if i had use it was about splitting hairs sidewalks vs. the streets for this one. >> i agree with those for a place of entertainment. >> thank you. >> thank you. >> do we have any public comment seeing none, public comment is closed. and the matter is with the commission >> i vote to approve with the good neighbor policy and the police conditions i don't see any change here. >> second >> okay. so on the motion to approve with the good neighbor policy and the police conditions same house, same call? >> sure. >> yeah. >> okay motion carries

1:13 pm
compliant elevator and happy swedes we stopped at all floors it has 88 restrooms we are hoping happy to get the upgrades for the swedish and those didn't come for free we had to maintain the necessary revenues we partnered with extremely reputable you raurnts and the cafe we focused on a free spontaneous performances on a sound like stage we are in the final stages with the local promoter to move the ticketed events into the restored ballroom and the room was built one hundred years ago there are
1:14 pm
many issues so we went to great lengths to make sure it doesn't interfere with the community we will share a wall and had a sound like test done so as far as the noise levels we know i have a copy for review are the outreach for this project was considerable we reached out and contacted residents and eureka valley neighborhood association and the san francisco police department and the merchants association supervisor wiener and his office the acholic beverage commission and san francisco planning department and the tranquil neighborhood association and worked closely with the triangle neighborhood association and were able to get the facade of the building as this is something at their

1:16 pm
events we'll have at least the required amount of security is here in the police station but we have budgeted four for mid sized events we plan to have 3 arms of our business operating all the time so there are mount management and 10 people maning the place it is a huge property and a lot of management on site. >> thank you yeah. commissioner lee. >> just a point of reference your slates is it a elevator or a list i'm curious how much. >> it's a coney elevators they
1:17 pm
were able to get the financing to increasing the rent the problem with the elevator every bathroom in the building had to be moved that was sort of what added to the cost the swishing society their protective of their buildings so they have a topnotch contractors for the project. >> it's a chairlift or a passenger elevator. >> i think we've put 11 people in there. >> an elevator. >> i remember no 2000 everything is 70 thousands is it gone up. >> how - are you a research come on. >> the entire project is about a million and a half dollars.

1:20 pm
businessman in my opinion i've never worked with him in a business permit this is the first it's a huge permit i was there yesterday and did a walk through other than the grand ball rooms built in the 19 hundreds they've done a lot of work i'm curious to see it when it's finished i'm also happy to have heard from him directly that they're to continue to have a space for live music i think we know those spaces are disappearing and pernicious i prefer live music over a dj any day the permit conditions are similar minus the one with the gang activity we don't see a lot of gang activity tea at the american swishing hall and because it is a restaurant and
1:21 pm
theirs to have over 18 events i ask they e-mail otherwise the conditions are the stage and i strike number 3 employees and put manager in place prior to our previous discussion and i think the best of luck this is a huge huge endeavor that's all. >> do we have any questions do we have any public comment on this item seeing none, public comment is closed the matter is with the commission. >> does anyone have a motion? i got that phone call i don't want to make the motion >> go for it and that we

1:26 pm
date. >> if it's not 6 months from now, maybe in the next month will be fine. >> okay. >> but no specific date i forgot to mention the limited live permits i really want to have the outreach portion on that permit we see here because there's no where for them to tell us what kind of outreach. >> on the application. >> yeah. >> okay. >> i'll look. >> even if it is one line or something because i know we side request they do one or two that will be helpful for us. >> okay. >> all right. any anothers any. all right. this meeting is now closed. >> well done. >> 5 nothing giants.
