independent to build the community equality is a word it's a catch phrase the school, however, in action you take equality and apply it in real ways not just to defuse issues in school but build community where all are responsible equality and action are when the parents and staff and students see how the equality empowers them i'm not going to prevent this is easy and there's if you examples in the world, in fact, i recognize san francisco unified school district but it's hard work and takes time you have 55 thousand kids in an equation program it is difficult to insert the contingent equality from the

social and academic needs the new school buildings it takes a community to raise a child and for the community outreach they've demonstrated this practice that will be a core element of their school awhile roared justice is inherent in the school dine more importantly they believe and will implement preventive practices that support a child in making healthy decisions for themselves and peers the new schools of san francisco will develop a school cultural that emphasize the positive relationship and instills a sense of self-worth and helps the community as a whole the students will learn the skills and share the mind sets that will nont not only help them economic but build associate relationships at school and the community at
