anything else. >> i can speak on behalf of the department typically this project is subject to better streets and looking at the larger streetscape plan the department found the streetscape improvements met the intents of the code and kind of that aspect of the project so i'll let the developer speak on the options they're considered. >> josh from the sponsor we did consider there was a whole list of things we talked about with the neighborhoods we zoned in on the ones we thought we could get done we couldn't make promises to you know choosing the direction of the street or cobblestoneing the street we came up with a

solution we didn't get done and didn't have all the agencies to approve is it enough i think that expending the bulb out further can help and we could get it done but i'm not sure of what else we can do the sidewalk there's i you can elevate the sidewalk and highlight it make it more visible but we thought the bulbs were a nice add we looked at other things but the best way to get it done and more sufficient. >> the other thing one of the commissioners that said we were talking about fulsome being further conditions of things how would the garage it's fit open fulsome versus ralph's and the question that is answered that was the memo would have addressed the conditions so i
