for fun racing and core sponsorship. as with the data live performance for fund-raising events. for private rentals such as birthday parties, graduations that is, we do the occasional private corporate events. we also host dance weekends were people come in and know how to workshops during the day mike again social in the evening. we do have ongoing dance socials. these were social to sort of delineate it as a typical expense of a club. alcohol is not a thing. the focus is on dancing. the focus is on dancing as a hobby. as mentioned, we've had some concerns. we did get a sound test by the inspector. fortunately and we are confident we can meet the eight decibel limit above ambient. we got it taken some of our

organization the reductive space [inaudible]'s especially problematic for them to not only monitor the sound but also to monitor that the people renting the space. i've requested copies of the police report and transcripts was too late too late to be included in your packet out a copy here but i so want to [inaudible] also that i reference the events on november 6 that i do not need a permit. even so the event could be heard my know it in my unit and in the nude we could hear the music from the south curb of the 1800 block of the 17th street. the music was loud suggesting it was amplified and i suggested [inaudible] to minimize the impact on neighbors. nevertheless, following weekend november 14-15th was a live band particularly problematic and this is with the sound of my for my iphone recording. on the street with the doors closed:

(recording). so, i hear brass and woodwind's from that in my unit and i could hear the amplified mc maturing of my audience inside my unit. this is where the airplanes. i move my bed to the opposite wall and try to include immediate noise in my unit. is the type of noise that's really bothersome to me as a resident. it's my understanding regardless of the type of event that may or may not need a permit to some code is still the same. the situation am describing as i understand it does not fall within the accepted limits. so in consideration of granting the permit i request that you please ensure metronome collective understands and

>> the first issue is the outdoor events economic impact study and about absolutely nothing about that. that's unfortunate good again, it was requested by number of supervisors. some wondering if my nagging is doing nothing that you might call those supervisors who actually requested it [inaudible] and see if they might as the controller where exactly that is. >> okay >> the second piece, getting to address this two weeks ago in that we need assistance generally about amplification issues, the laws related to amplification. so i did approach the chevy guy said this also two weeks ago -- there's like a [inaudible] program to see if they would assist us and i'm still waiting to hear who it which projects are getting those are not. but i also sat down with our city attorney who
