a great tool it helps us to describe our work very co-hopefully not as i view the district but an overall have you to articulate how we want us to go forward so this is around and we'll valuable document i encourage the public to understand it and to really support what the district is doing on behalf of our 6 thousand children and staff and family if so really what's going to help us to go forward and you know put it all under one umbrella and to us for us to use as a way to articulate awning the values we have as a district
