district staff for understanding the importance and value of k l r w independents the community you know we're a community of support so after a very difficult time following the r08 downturn we've had a list in the economic health and tax reverse of which hundred thousands of 2.2 this year's a chart in the slides that shows charts that shows a couple of things the real fundamental extort support of station it is strong in recent years and glad 0 through january 31st is on target we've got in the next slide after that

stations it's giving i feel power so in a year from now we're building a stronger foundation for the future i've enclosed a draft we work with a consulting program and how do you think about oh, let's macro someone is listening to identify enclosed the draft probably not at 10:30 on a tuesday but in the coming months i'll be happen to meet you with and talk about that document and plans for the future and we're also role we've come together strategy priorities for this year we are going to focus on

first relaunching the friends of k r l w a more interesting name it allows us to organize folks to do fundraising to be a mouthed piece in the community to get more support and second as you probably know the high school is undergoing a major renovations our station at burton is under renovation in 2016 we have to be prepared for that continuity of service and thinking about when we move back to the station how to upgrade our infrastructure we're focusing on creating stations wide instantaneously around the events one of the things to distinguish ourselves to get out

into the community whether it's media sponsor for big events liquor the tyson is in town and we're the month appearance identity we've got arts commission we did a program called the sites and sounds we told important sites and had a lot of communities there and we'll do it again in june we're full fledges to do our own events and make is a streaming around the station and finally, we're really focused on learning more about who our audience is in the can i goal realm more and
