they're taking away measures where the homeless low document them being abused so we we were - i mean, i seriously digitally doubt of the homeless in the sherltsdz being going away should be addressed i feel like the council on homeless that was one won those are people that should be dealing with this i don't know if they even meet anymore so the other thing i'd like to continuance so we can where i know this back and get the information they say their giving and i think the other thing i'd appreciate if someone takes an action you're saying the schools could be cited it sound like joyce crumb is giving

uniform rules a conversation of what do schools impose in terms of the godmothers gaps in the shelters one of the largest ones is the ability to provide health care services and housing for folks after the shelters i want to summarize some of the next steps one, of course, is what we've talked about creating a different model from the conversations, of course, addressing to the work this is happening 3 full-time nurses and having enhances medical professionals on our hot team is a welcome edition and the medical respite it was put in the agenda and to do the plans this fiscal year to open up an additional 20 bed rest pit shelters next year and hearing on and on on top of we would like to enhance the services in

suspensions to keeping our kids inside the classrooms that is a similar look we're talking about here and also opportunity for more radical housing it is unfortunately getting more and more expensive and finally i'll mention former supervisor duffey is working on a new application for a center restore prying trying to intact individuals that have not been traditionally in our system in wheelchairs and comes up and hopefully that will you know learn interesting things from that pilot so this conversation continues really looking forward to working with human services agencies department of public health and the mayor's office on disability and all of our stakeholders both the service provider and our clients in the industries that

are on the streets to continue to refine and work on a better quality system i think that is important it is not a blame game everyone is a resource between human services agencies or department of public health those policymakers need to think about how better to resource our agency to provide the quality services that you expect and deserve as a form of respect and acknowledging did you humanist i think this feels important our office would love to take the names of folks that are not invited we'll take our contact information please come to my office to add our name so we can include you in further conversations. >> supervisor kim would you like to file this item. >> i'll make a motion to file
